1 chambre à coucher 1 salle de bain unité de coin avant de plage directe avec 46 ft enrouler autour du pont! WiFi gratuit et appels vers les États-Unis et le Canada avec de nombreuses chaînes câblées sur 2 téléviseurs. Décor mis à jour, comprenant le nouveau matelas king Stearns & Foster, un lit de repos double et une machine à café Keurig ajoutés à l'automne 2018. Une vue sans fin sur le golfe et les plages de sable blanc, la Floride vivant à son meilleur. Écoutez les bruits de la mer tout en vous prélassant sur le balcon, ou rafraîchissez-vous à l'intérieur tout en profitant d'une vue à couper le souffle.

Profitez de la piscine chauffée mise à jour surplombant le golfe ou aventurez-vous à quelques mètres du sable. Votre place de parking réservée est située à quelques pas de la piscine, de la plage et de l’ascenseur.

A 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Tampa. Ce condo est situé à mi-chemin entre la célèbre rue Pete Beach et Clearwater. Restaurants, boutiques, mini golf, location de bateaux et chartes de pêche à proximité.

Great breeze

It was so relaxing just sit in the shade and view the ocean. Sunset was beautiful view. Love the location as we could view the ocean all around. The room however is twice the price of other units there.

Could use some new items

Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we stayed in this condo, love the view both off the front and side balcony however, the door locks DESPERATELY need to be changed, we couldn’t get it to lock or in lock so had to just use the deadbolt, needs new pots and pans and silverware, only had one spoon. I would probably consider switching cleaning services, the sheets were like sandpaper, even the second set we asked for AND there was a long black hair in between the flat and fitted sheet when I turned the bed down the sheets, the refrigerator wasn’t working when we got there and took about 10 hours to get cold.

Wonderful stay

We stayed July 9-16, 2022. This property exceded my expectations. All of the little extras that I don't normally find at other places was a plus. They had cleaning supplies, bandaids, cooking spray, and many other things that you find yourself needing on vacation but forget to take. The view was wonderful, the pool ,while a little small, was heavenly. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the Beach

We stayed at the Chateaux Condominiums two years ago in a different unit and loved the location and beach. The unit we stayed in was already booked when we decided to go with this on. We loved the beach... the condo was okay. The furniture in the living room is not what was in the pictures above. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. If you like a stiff sofa or you do not care about the furniture this is the unit for you. However, after a long day out in the sun my husband and I like to come up to the condo, shower, relax and watch a movie. The refrigerator freezer is hard to get into the door doesn't open all the way. and the refrigerator door will not stay open while you put stuff in it. It can be aggravating. The shower in the bathroom could use an update. The master bedroom bed is comfortable. The balcony is nice and we loved the view from it. We would stay at the complex again but not in this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location, with beautiful beach views and the balcony is a great place for relaxing. The building was relatively quiet, the pool area was clean and well maintained and the unit was nicely decorated. That said, there were a lot of annoyances. The freezer door hits the wall (poor design) so you can barely open it. There were teeny tiny bugs all over the bathroom counter. Having to pick up physical keys (and return them) to the rental office is a hassle (who doesn’t use a lock box in this day and age?) We found (and stepped on) glass on the living room rug when we checked in. There was a sign that said ‘Take a free goodie bag!’ but there was nothing there (not that I care but at least take the sign down!) The unit was definitely less well equipped than others I’ve stayed in (had to purchase paper towels, garbage bags, Kleenex). Nothing that would ruin your trip but with so many choices in the area, I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

We love Crabby Bills and Aqua Prime. Miniature golf right across the street. Shopping at John's Pass just a few miles down the beach. Couldn't ask for more. CVS is also close for anything you might have forgotten.
