Tequila Sunrise is a cozy lake house on one of the greatest fishing lakes in the world, Toledo Bend Lake. Located in the heart of Lanan Bay in a quiet and secure neighborhood with no through traffic. It is minutes away from Toledo Town which has a grocery store, restaurants, gas station/convenient store with a tackle shop and the very popular Cypress Bend Resort/Marina. Adequate parking for a boat and extra vehicles with a two-car carport attached to the home. Lake house is equipped with a boat house, which has been proven to be excellent on crappie fishing. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen area with a sink, half bath, picnic table, barbeque pit, and 4 gallon deep fryer. Paddle boats, kayak, and canoe available for use. Sleeps 4-6 comfortable.

This lake house is named Tequila Sunrise after my late Father, as the Tequila Sunrise was his favorite artificial lure color which is very successful on Toledo Bend for bass fishing.
