It was a perfect long weekend getaway. Fishing from the pier was so convenient for the kids. The place was clean and well-kept. We were able to relax, unwind, and simply be together as a family. We are so grateful for the time we were able to spend here.

Extremely clean and so relaxing. Beautiful view of the lake. We brought the boat but only took it out once. The house was so relaxing and I was able to fish right off the dock. Host was very responsive. Will be back!

This property was perfect for a relaxing weekend for our anniversary! The house was clean and had so many amenities that some rentals don’t so we had to bring less with us. Kayaks were provided for us, which we used a number of times and loved. Firewood for the fire pit was there already, along with charcoal and lighter fluid for the pit, all the cooking essentials, including some seasonings, and coffee pods. The location and scenery were wonderful. We enjoyed everything about this place and are already planning on coming back.

Everything was as expected if we had questions the host was very quick to respond very helpful with everything. We had strong winds the first two days and limited the lake activities but the sunsets were incredible. Beautiful property great location the house had everything we needed overall just an excellent trip with the family.

I had the privilege to stay at this beautiful location right on the lake. Very clean nice porch to drink coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake. I highly recommend this house.

This cozy, low-key house was exactly what we needed. It's easy-going vibe was like comfort food, and made us relax, immediately.The view was stunning, and helped us unwind quickly.The owners were the perfect reflection of this property. If we could stay here forever, we absolutely would! We spent the week swimming, laughing, and making memories we’ll never forget. This property was so cozy! The lakefront views can be enjoyed from the living area through the floor to ceiling windows. The wrap around deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations. There is an area on the side deck equipped with running water to the sink and a solid foundation to clean the catch of the day. The beach area was phenomenal! Easy entry into the lake with soft sand beneath your feet. We’ve rented many places along Toledo Bend and this one is our new favorite.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the lakeside cabin for you! We spent a week here for spring break and our boys had a blast! The dock is great. The cabin is very clean and comfortable; one of the original on the lake. Pick up groceries In Many or before you come as there is only a small corner store or Dollar General 13 minutes away. Great place to just chill out with the family. Communication with the owner was clear, prompt , and friendly.

We had an amazing long weekend at this lakehouse on Toledo Bend! The home was absolutely perfect — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The secluded location made it incredibly peaceful and relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the whole experience seamless from booking to checkout. We especially appreciated all the great amenities that allowed us to fully enjoy our time at the lake without needing to leave.If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful surroundings and a well-appointed home, we highly recommend this property. Had It All

What a great place to stay! Had been quite a few years since we visited friends that had a permanent home on the lake. The location was superb and peaceful. Loved watching the birds and of all things Saturday morning, an otter in the water. Kitchen amenities were best we’ve experienced in all our VBRO stays. Would highly recommend the property and the owners. GREAT place for some R&R.
