Property Description
Mountain Side G356 is a 1 Bedroom plus Loft, 1 Bath in the heart of Frisco near Mount Royal and Peak 1. Sleeps 6 in bunk beds. Set up for families with a high chair, pack-n-play, toys, games, books and sleds. Located in a quiet part of Frisco. The beautiful complex features a big clubhouse with indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, business center with desks, patio seating and washers and dryers. Volleyball, outdoor community grill and picnic area located in the extensive grounds. Unit has a sunny deck that looks out at the mountains and open space. Located in a quiet part of Frisco near hiking trails and the Summit County Rec Path. Fully-equipped kitchen with a special fondue set for 8. Kitchen counters are large and have a lot of meal preparation space. Dining Room table for 4, kitchen bar seats 3. The living room features gas fireplace, large flatscreen and free cable. Free WiFi throughout the unit. Luggage racks for suitcases.

Extensive, well maintained grounds with a stream running through it, volleyball court, outdoor grills and picnic table.

Walk or take a short drive to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals. Only 7 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 30 minutes to Vail. In the winter Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides. Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain biking trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats. The place was just as the pictures described. Beds were comfortable. A good central location to get to a couple different mountains to ski.

Great spot close to all the mountains

Really amazing spot. Close to everything. The hot tub/sauna/steam room was cherry on top. A little inconvenient to have to pick up/drop off the house keys in a separate location but otherwise a top notch stay.

Would stay again!

Hated having to go to Dillon for the keys. We were doing Copper and had to make inconvenient stop and then drive down to drop keys to drive back up. Would think better. Easier way Everything else was great!!!

Great location, awesome amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco and liked the view of the mountains out the back window, clubhouse amenities, and proximity to downtown Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge and a number of ski resorts. The unit was well stocked with linens and towels as well as everything we needed in the kitchen. The one downside was having to pick up and drop off the keys for the unit at the property management office in Dillon which was about a 10–15 drive from the unit. Other than that, we had a great time!

Convenient Space with some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is great for 6 people who are trying to stay close to ski resorts. The issues we had was that the toilet flush mechanism was broken, requiring us to manually grab the flapper to flush the toilet. I called the office and they were able to fix it the next day. The hot water didn't work on the first day, as the pilot was out. We were able to get hot water working on the second day. Lastly, the grill had gas, but the grill was very dirty and did not produce much heat. This was disappointing as we wanted to grill but were unable to use it at all. Other than those few issues this place does the job and has great parking and amenities.

Good place, checkin process not great

We have stayed in this complex many times, but the first time we stayed in this unit. The unit had ample room for 6 adults with the bunkbed layout. The one bathroom made it a little complicated at times. This is about a 10min walk to town and the hot tubs were great, although they were pretty dirty this year unlike in the past. Not the units fault. Booking with a property company was a bit of a pain. There was additional agreements you had to sign and you have to pick/drop off keys in Dillion. Unsure why when there is a lock box on the door. This is pretty inconvenient in this day and age. They said there was one reserved parking spot in the garage, which there was, and only one additional car can park in the outside lot. We have never been told that by other units and it seems like you can have multiple cars parked outside since there aren't any permits given. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just understand all the extra hoops you have to go through to stay there.
