Welcome to the Homestead on Weber Road! A quaint little attached Cape Cod nestled atop a hill near Speedwell Forge Lake is perfect for the family, a girlfriend trip, or a couples only weekend trip to beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Relax in a heated sunroom located at the back of the property overlooking a wooded backyard and large meadow beyond where you will frequently see deer, red fox, and a large variety of wild birds. Sunroom also contains a large, flat screen TV and wrap around sofa with a queen pull-out sofa bed. Cozy family room provides guests another flat screen TV and DVD. A well-equipped, recently renovated eat-in kitchen with a large kitchen table and island that makes everyone feel welcome. Master bedroom suite with a king bed is located off the kitchen on the first floor. Full bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with all main floor doorways and bathroom being ADA compliant. Laundry Room is also on the first floor for ease of doing a quick load of wash. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One contains a queen bed and the other has a full daybed with a twin pull-out trundle which is perfect for the kids or teens. Another full bathroom is located between the two upstairs bedrooms. Parking for up to six vehicles in driveway. House has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the Family Room, Master Bedroom and Sunroom; Smart TVs are in the upstairs bedrooms. Towels and Bed Linens are provided.
Close to Hershey Park, Lititz (Best Small Town in US), Manheim Auto Auction, Outlet Shopping, Lancaster Central Market, Quilt Shops, Farmers Markets, Middle Creek Wildlife Refuge, Wolf Sanctuary, Museums, and much, much more.

Great Spot in Lititz

We had a great time exploring Lititz with this property as our home base. It’s a perfect set up for a family; our kids loved playing out back and with the games. Would definitely come back

Beautiful house and property

Our family had a lovely two night stay. The house is very well provisioned, comfortable and spacious. Appreciated the extra touches, like fresh pastries in the kitchen! Kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. Perfect stay!

WOW! Just wow!

We chose this location so my daughter and son in law could attend a wedding at the Elizabeth Furnace and not be far from their newborn. It was just 5 minutes away! Upon arriving we were just blown away with the beauty of the home (more like an estate!!). We were able to settle in nicely and enjoy the local treats the host left for us. We spent part of our time shopping for bargains at Green Dragon Market and New Holland to visit Shady Maple. The host’s amenities—laundry soap, toiletries, family friendly games- were just icing on the cake! It was SUPER quiet and we loved seeing the wildlife and animals on the property. My granddaughter loved seeing the chickens. We are already planning our return late summer to spend time as a family to celebrate birthdays and graduation.

2nd stay just as sweet

This was our second time staying at Bob and Terri’s cozy home atop the hill and it was just as amazing as the first stay. It was a quick trip for us but was comforting knowing exactly what our stay would be like and that everything we could need to have a comfortable stay was already in place. The hosts even treated us to Lancaster made whoopie pies, special homemade breads and granola bars. It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets proving the cleanliness of the home between guests. This is by far our most favorite place to relax in Amish country and hope to visit again! Thanks Bob and Terri!

Weekend stay

The house was as advertised. It was spacious and homey, really nice for a family and a dog. The house is pretty open, easy to spread out or all get together to watch a show or a movie. The backyard is great if you’re bringing a dog. The only slight issue is that the rental house is connected to another house where the owners live, so if you’re looking for more privacy, you may want to take this fact into consideration. However, this wasn’t an issue for us.

Wedding week base house

This house was the perfect spot for the family to gather from various parts of the country for a wedding celebration. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could even pull off a Thanksgiving meal. It was comfortable and spacious for the 9 of us.

beautiful house

We rented this house for 4 nights while visiting family and exploring Lancaster County. The house was very clean and well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed watching the owner feed his chickens in the morning and playing on the tire swing. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Bob and Terry's home was conveniently located, immaculate, relaxing, and reasonably priced for our group of ladies to rest after long hours of sightseeing and doing fun things all throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding area.

A great place to stay with a beautiful view

The house was the perfect size for me and my sisters. Very neat and clean. It has every amenity you need. The treats left for us were yummy! As a fellow animal lover I was so excited to meet the orange tabby. Every morning watching the chickens made me smile. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Space

Beautiful property with a very clean, spacious, organized, and comfortable house that was a perfect retreat from long recording sessions at Rock Lititz. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing and peaceful location.

Girls trip

This was our annual girls trip. This house was perfect! Great location, private, plenty of room, and immaculate! Added bonus was the sunroom where we enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels while we drank our coffee in the morning. And if you are a cat lover ( like me ) Peep the orange tabby made my day. Highly recommend this home to anyone coming to this area- you wont be disapointed!
