3 Bedroom villa with panoramic Gulf view and sleeps 8, C1824A*

Palm Island Resort, located on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast, is the state’s only true-out island resort. There are no bridges or causeways to the island, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting. The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island. Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Cars are not allowed in the resort. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
We have 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills at each pool area. There are 11 hard tennis courts available for play at no charge. Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas. Our full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters. Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your visit where it’s Your Island, Your Time, and Your Memories.

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
The condo was clean (this is a condo not a single standing house) and you enter on the third floor. This was challenging with a newborn and two toddlers. The a/c was cold and the house was clean. That was very nice. The views are wonderful, and the balcony was relaxing. Unfortunately we couldn’t access the balcony from the primary bedroom as intended because the door lock was stuck. Also, the faucet in the primary bath was broken resulting in one option - scolding hot water. Speaking of water, there was no water for the first half day. The secondary toilet was working in and off sometimes flushing and sometimes not. Upstairs was muggy and warm at night so no one was comfortable sleeping up there.I notified the owner of the issues and they sent a maintenance crew out on day two. They were there for a few hours with doors wide open fixing the reported issues along with other issues. So we were stuck in the room the first half of day two with hot air coming in from outside. We also didn’t get our fairy passes so when I called to get more info on that, Molly was very rude and condescending, raising her voice and talking over me as I tried to explain I was just trying to understand how to get the passes and how many we should have.The pool was very refreshing and water cool and clean. The grounds were quiet and peaceful. The ocean was relaxing and water was warm. The restaurant food was good (7/10) and service at the restaurant, ice cream cafe, and gift shop was very pleas

Everything was perfect, except for the weather, but no problems making the best of it. There were a few concerns which I did bring to the office on check out.
