Cozy Lakefront Home in Athens

Relax in a cozy and comfortable lakefront house in nature while you gaze at the lake with a cup of coffee from the sofa and feel like you’re at home. Watch the fall foliage with your loved ones and enjoy the community pool in the summer. Sun tan and swim at the convenient lake beach or from our private dock. All on Lisa Lane! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house will make you feel like you’re not at a VRBO, but at home. Swim, fish, tennis, golf, ski and snowboarding! And only minutes from the chic town of Hudson!
Relax in this lakefront oasis just 2 1/2 hours from NYC in Sleepy Hollow Lake. Our house is located in Athens in a private community in one of its most beautiful and peaceful coves.

We are located 30 minutes from Windham and Hunter mountains and close to the towns of Hudson, Catskill and Coxsackie and all the restaurants and shops these lovely towns have to offer.

Our Space:
Our lovely home is lakefront and has more than 80 feet of shoreline. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, large dining room table, large sofa with a full sized pullout bed and a living room with cathedral ceilings and 3 skylights. There is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bath. There are 2 patio sliding doors which lead to our spacious patio with an outdoor sofa, coffee table, 2 comfortable chairs with ottomans and a hammock. There's also a retractable awning for shade and a 4 burner propane gas grill. Down the steps there are 2 more decks, 1 of which has Adirondack chairs, and our dock which has a ladder and allows for summertime swimming. Enjoy our firepit off the 2nd deck. Our guests also have access to our 3 kayaks and lifejackets. There is sometimes a boat parked at the dock during the summer but access is not permitted.

Our 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a 2nd bedroom with a twin sized bed with a trundle. There is also a bathroom and a washer and dryer.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the owner's closet on the 2nd floor and all the FREE amenities our community has to offer which includes 2 community pools, lakefront beach access, basketball court, and tennis courts with a pickleball court. WRISTBANDS AND KEY CARDS PROVIDED for access.
Other things to note:
We are 1-MIN walking distance from the Main community area with a Clubhouse, pool, playground and lakefront beach.
We do NOT allow smoking but we do allow pets with pre-approval.
We have a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and a Ring camera facing our boat/dock for security purposes. There are no cameras of any kind indoors.
