Bedroom and Living Room for a quiet guest

Please note that this review was written by a guest who was in their 80's and could barely walk and I have no idea why they even decided to stay at our place which is perfectly safe for anyone starting from children to older people who stayed in the past. What's really weird was that the guests claimed to be visiting a famous film director who for some reason did not have a house big enough to accommodate his sister. Very strange.. Even though the curtain was clearly advertised in the listing they still decided to proceed with booking and yet complain about it later after check out. It's similar to booking a 3 star hotel instead of 5 star or a place without swimming pool or a sauna and then complaining about it after the booking. There is plenty of place to eat if the small TV or a computer screen (referred to as PC in the review) in the living room is simply placed on the floor or in a closet which is very easy to do. We as a host also cater to people who work in the living room or like to watch TV in the bedroom. Not clear what was so dangerous about the entrance facing the stairwell landing-this is typical of many homes. And another note about step down from bathroom area with no rail-this refers to small about 4" step down-I've never seen a rail installed on such a small step and neither was this required by code when we finished this renovation and addition. We may not be meeting requirements of a nursing home but neither do we claim to be one.

Dear guests-I hope you will pay attention to the previous great reviews I recieved in the past and disregard this rediculesness. First of all this review is written by a guest who stayed at our property before and still decided to come back. If it was so bad in the first place why would one come back? My response to the remaining items: the closet does have a bright light which you should have turned on for your convinience. When you asked me about a television I clearly gave you instructions to find spectrum app on the TV to access cable. Inspite of this you still stating that Bedroom TV did not have cable. The big TV in the Living Room does not have cable but still has Netflix and other apps. My wife who's less than 6 ft tall does the laundry and never had issues accessing controls to the dryer. But if you did there are chairs availble for your use. The curtain was clearly advertised in the property description and yet you complain about something you clearly was aware of during both of your visits. It goes against any common sense why would a person come back to the same place after the first visit? Looks like the purpose of your visit was to give me a bad review..
