Beautiful property

Wedding party stayed at the house for my wedding weekend. Absolutely beautiful house and an amazing stay. With poor weather outside the heated pool was amazing. Fantastic stay. Highly recommend

Large beautiful home

This property was located in a nice neighborhood with tons is space and outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi and pool house! We had 3 families and more than enough space, fully stocked kitchen with supplies, condiments, coffee bar, etc. and very clean and modern. Owner very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Family Thanksgiving/Christmas

A beautiful house and yard for our family holiday celebration!! We enjoyed EVERYTHING about it ..sleeping arrangements (21 people - everyone had a nice bed to sleep in!), walking trail, parks, big yard, pool, and massage chairs, and golf cart where an extra treat.

Wonderful Rental

I traveled with a group of friends and we were all blown away by this property. The location had great views of the lake and the nature in the area was beautiful. There was a lot of things to do in the neighborhood as well. We also enjoyed the surprise massage chair in the basement living room. The only issue we had was with the chlorine levels in the pool and hot tub. We had several swimsuits get whitewashed/bleached, our jewelry turned black, and multiple people got skin rashes from the high amount of chlorine. This is fixable so I'm not letting it take away from the great weekend we had here.

Volleyball team weekend

Best stay in years. We come to Joplin every year and book different houses and or hotels and this one blew them all away. Plenty of space. Great host, fantastic communication. Already booked again for a basketball team trip in a few months. This may be our house for 3 trips a year.

Amazing stay for our great big family!

A large part of my family stayed in this place for my new husband and I’s wedding weekend. It was an amazing place. Perfect for our large family. Plenty of space. Master room was absolutely gorgeous, and the showers were incredible. Host was very quick to respond to any questions and amazing! Overall amazing. Would highly recommend!

Space For Days

We rented this house during a wedding weekend. Our 4 grown children and their "Plus Ones" all stayed with us. There was never a time the entire weekend where we felt like we were crowded. SO. MUCH. ROOM. You won't get any negatives from me here. It was the perfect spot for our family and friends!

Nice home, plenty of space

This was the 2nd year we stayed here for our girls trip. There were a couple things that I think could have been better. The pool and hot tub were not clean. There were leaves in the pool we had to clean out and there looked to be algae at the deep end of the pool in spots. There is a pool cover but it was not on the pool to keep leaves out. I did contact the property manager who quickly responded and said the pool guy would be out to look at it. I never saw anyone show up that day, so I let the manager know and she said he had come out that night. I guess he added chemical or something but the next day it was still algae spots in the deep end we were not able to use the hot tub if we had wanted to because it looked as though it had not been cleaned in a while. You could see a water ring around it. We did swim in the pool but it just was not as clean as the first time we stayed at this house. Also the upstairs bedrooms had slight issues, one had a huge spider web with a spider in it on the ceiling fan above the bed and the other bedroom had a curtain that would not stay up on the window. All of these issues can certainly be fixed easily with better maintenance and cleaning and we will consider staying here again because we do like the location for our group and the size of the home and the pool is fun for everyone. I do appreciate the responsiveness from the house manager on questions I had before arriving also.

Fun family getaway for large amount of people

The home was absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool! We had so much space which was wonderful! Great place for a large group of people. Things that need some work… definitely need to look into the drain in master bath. There is an issue and water goes everywhere very quickly. Steps off master bedroom to pool has many loose tiles and is unsafe. They are also irregular height and a railing going all the way down would be beneficial. Otherwise the house was really amazing and we had a wonderful time! We made lots of memories. Kitchen was well Stocked and plenty of towels and linens. We like the nearby trail too. Very quiet, nice neighborhood!

Family Fun

We rented the property so myself and 2 sisters and our families could enjoy some time together. Except for the guys participating in a golf outing. We enjoyed the roomy house and lovely pool area! We made all our meals at the house, played games, put puzzles together and just enjoyed each other's company. There were 20 of us there and never felt like we were crowded. The massage chairs were a hit with all and the little ones had fun being taken for rides on the golf cart. The hosts were very attentive if we had a question and we all would definitely return for more family fun! Thanks so much!

Christmas in July

We had an awesome time! There was ample room and the pool was a great spot to share lots of fun. We enjoyed the backyard for activities and the trail to walk for exercise. Some tried fishing in the lake. The home is lovely and a great gathering place for a large family. We are considering a return trip next year.👍

Stone Family Get-away

Our annual family get-away loved this property with its spacious rooms and spectacular pool where the kids literally spent hours. This prompted our 5 year old granddaughter to say she wished we could all live together in a house just like this!

Great one night stay

Our youth group was on a mission trip to the area and we stayed here one night. It was perfect for the evening and we would definitely rent again. Plenty of accommodations for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked, clean and we had plenty of towels for our needs. We truly appreciated the pool and availability to host are large group.

Our family reunion/get-together

All in all, we had a great time. The main attraction was the nice pool. The home is beautiful & very roomy. Kitchen & linens well supplied. Host did respond to texts each time we alerted her to our problems. Had several problems: golf cart needed repair, only used one day. Shower in master bath has a bad drain, can't be used to avoid water running down the hall! Son stayed in pool house & said it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Shower head in pool house didn't function well, kitchen freezer door didn't close tightly on left side. Better access needed from house to pool, especially for handicapped. Had to walk through yard in front to get to pool or access to pool from master bedroom was difficult--porch had two sets of high steps, one did have railing but the second set was open steps with no railing, not safe. The trash containers were completely full when we arrived so had to put all ours in the garage. This is a lot but all in all, we made the best of it and did enjoy our stay. Problems could easily be solved & would return for another stay if fixed. Good location, close to everything.

Problems

The week had several problems. Upon our arrival we found out the hot tub was not working (Part on order we were told). Fire pit had been removed because of damage (fire pit was replaced with a new one on Wednesday.) The chairs in the kitchen area were falling apart (Maintenance man repaired 3 of the 4 on Thursday again we were told new ones were on order.) On Friday I called the host to let them know that the icemaker was spiting out pieces of plastic (Maintenance man came over discovered broken pieces inside icemaker.) They were clearly not ready for guest. They apologized but offered no compensation for the inconvenience.

Fine Family Reunion

What a great place! We had a large group of 14-16 adults, 6 kids 2y-4y, and a 9y and 11y. Ample room for everyone to sleep and spread out! The pool was the center point hangout for the kids! My dad and brother enjoyed fishing with a couple of the grands and great grands. Beautiful right on the lake! The kitchen and common area were good places for all to gather, laugh, play games, and just talk. The kitchen itself was sparse on supplies but we made it work. The hot tub was pretty dirty so we didn’t use it. Someone came to clean it Sunday afternoon. We really didn’t need it with all the other things to do. I would have called and asked for it to be cleaned if any of our party wanted to use it. The hosts were prompt to respond with any issues. Very friendly and super to work with. When it’s my turn to plan the Fine Family Reunion again I will definitely plan to come back! Everyone had a great time and all said they really loved the place! The grands/great grands were sad to leave. They had so much fun playing with each other! We’ve met yearly for the past 20yrs. This was the first place to have fishing and swimming pool right on the property-with enough bedrooms for every family to have their own room. I can’t say enough how much I loved this place! It really has it all! Thank you for allowing us to use your home❤️
