This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located on the beautiful Emerald Coast and offers stunning coastline views from its private balcony. Magnolia House 408 is fully furnished and well-appointed, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is modern, with a spacious shower and all the necessary amenities.
The living area includes a cozy sofa that pulls into a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cookware to make delicious meals during your stay.
In addition to the beautiful views and comfortable living spaces, the condo offers a variety of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You’ll have two beach access points on the Gulf and Destin’s East Pass. You’ll also have access to two adult bicycles, perfect for exploring the area on a sunny day.
If you want to stay active during your vacation, the onsite office fitness center is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a full workout. Additionally, three resort pools, tennis and pickleball courts, are available for your use.

Relaxing

Had a great trip & stay at the Magnolia house! It was relaxing and the new pool is fab! Only issue we had were the bed pillows kept going down in between the mattress & headboard! lol Have been coming to Destin Pointe for a long time & it never disappoints! Just love this little area of Destin.

Awesome place

We have stayed now in two different condos at the Magnolia House. The grounds are always being cared for and looks so beautiful. The tram ride over the the beach is so convenient. The management company was always helpful and very polite. I would definitely stay at Magnolia House again.

Birthday/Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals! Our condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable! What we loved the most was the amazing view of the ocean, sand dunes and pool deck below! We enjoyed coffee on our balcony every morning and cocktails/wine every afternoon/evening! It was an amazing time…thanks!

Nice condo, more private

Nice place, beautiful beach. Just need to get a ceiling fan in the master bedroom (gets hot at night) also need to get the both elevators running ( long wait) need the beach shuttle running 7 days a week. Overall a nice experience, hope to be back

We have several marks on our light shirts from the lint trap where there is some rust. Not angry, just should be checked out.

Great stay except the noise

Condo, location etc are all great and have been to Magnolia House many times. Drawbacks - the noise - the next door condo must have been renovating as there was constant noise early morning, 1 elevator was out of service for the entire stay, and one night the pool was not closed until after 11pm and so the rowdy hot tub occupants along with their loud music was really annoying.

Great view

The property has an amazing view! Overall the place is nice but needs some change out of things. The coach and pillows had several spots on and them and really uncomfortable. Some of the shelves in the bathroom were falling off the wall and the bed is way too soft making it hard to sleep. The dishes I think were supposed to have 5 settings but some were missing and the toaster needs replaced.

This particular unit was nice but we didn’t love the bed with the mattress topper and this may just be a personal preference. The bathroom could really use redoing. We loved the tall chairs on the porch and sat in them every day. We will definitely stay at the Magnolia House again but may look at a different unit.
