The front balcony offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen comes with top-of-the-line appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, hood, cooktop, electric oven, and dishwasher. There is plenty of space for all your cooking needs. All bedrooms come with ample storage and comfortable beds. The bathroom has a shower and tub, and there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Baby cribs available(Only on demand) Internet: we have 1 GB per second download speeds and 500 megabits per second upload speeds. Also available: Marble tables, Irons, ironing boards, Coffee makers, Hair dryers, and Kettles. we have a paid laundromat(Only available to guest) We have Smart Lock capability throughout the building and adding more additional cameras. Also, we will have armed security. HOUSE RULES: 1. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property or on the balconies. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. 2. If you enjoy a nice hot shower with hood water flow don’t stay in unit 6.

We had read previous negative reviews about water pressure for the shower and we were concerned about that. I checked with the property manager prior to going and was told it had been fixed, it had not been fixed and they were not honest with us about it. We took cold showers for a week with very little water pressure. Very disappointed in that. Don’t go if that is a concern and unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them if they it is fixed. Other than that it is in a decent location close to the beach, it is not on the beach it is across the street. It is an easy UBER ride anywhere in San Juan. All rides were under $10 and the UBER service was exceptional. If it weren’t for the shower situation I would give it a good review.

This is to address multiple issues regarding the behaviour of the guests, Russel and Barbara who recently stayed at our property through the VRBO platform. Firstly, their conduct was far from the standard of decorum and respect we expect from our guests. There were incidents of them engaging in loud arguments on the street, creating disturbances in the surrounding neighbourhood. Moreover, the messages they communicated to us through the VRBO platform were not only disrespectful but contained offensive language and profanities. The condescending and problematic nature of their behaviour culminated to such an extent that we felt compelled to issue a warning, stating that any further breach of conduct would result in their eviction from the premises. It is particularly disappointing considering we had accommodated their request for a late check-out. Regarding their complaint about water pressure, it is essential to note that the issues they experienced were related to city-wide concerns and were not specific to our unit. Furthermore, I would like to clarify that our property has a newly installed water heater system. Any implications that the issue was due to a lack of maintenance or negligence on our part are unfounded. We believe in maintaining a harmonious relationship with our guests, and while we strive to address genuine concerns, we also expect a certain level of respect and understanding from them. **Terrible Experience** READ BEFORE YOU BOOK** We didn’t receive access info until 45mins-1hr after check-in time. Upon entering the unit, it had a very strong Marijuana smell through out which was not friendly to our young children. Especially when they are asking “why does it smell like that” our entire stay. VERY LITTLE to NO Water Pressure at all for our entire stay which was the WORSE part of our stay. Could not even take a proper shower and wash off all the sand from the beach. Plus the hot water was at a minimum. It was better to wash off outside in front with the water hose which is ridiculous. Granted this a vacation rental for Beach goers there was NO Beach equipment (ie. Beach towels, coolers, wagons, beach toys, etc. which our other unit had it all and was way cleaner and nicer). There was only 1 bowl which was a 4-5 ounce bowl that 5 people had to share. Not ideal at all since this unit was advertised for up to 6 people stay… After speaking to another tenant at the property they confirmed that they have the same water pressure issue and they could. It bathe as well. The property host said, “ Did you ask the building manager”? We never received any communication from a building manger prior to our stay nor during our stay. In my experience this one is a MAJOR NO.
