Welcome to Villa Estrella. This completely remodeled 1,200-square-foot apartment is five blocks from the beach and provides excellent entertainment spaces.
The design, decor, and amenities have all been chosen to provide comfort and an unparalleled vacation experience.
We have three apartments on this property.
You are renting the upstairs unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We also have four bedrooms with two bathrooms downstairs, one bedroom, and one bathroom in the back.
This bright and modern apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can relax on the front balcony.
This listing has three (3) bedrooms, one (1) living room, one outdoor terrace, and two (2) bathrooms.
This listing comfortably sleeps six guests in two (2) queen beds and one (1) king-size bed.
We have one bedroom with a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a "Murphy" bed outfitted with firm queen-size mattresses, lovely linens, and plenty of pillows.
Each room has new AC split units.
The Wi-Fi is high-speed, has 1g fiber optic, and is available throughout the house.
Every area and room has inverter A/C units.
This apartment does not have a power generator. In case of an electricity outage, the apartment will only have electricity once the utility company re-establishes power, and we will not issue refunds for power outages.
There is a backup water cistern, so your stay can be as trouble-free as possible.
The home was designed in a modern style and neutrally colored inside and out. The property has been fully renovated, and all furniture and equipment are new. All furniture has been selected to make your stay comfortable and relaxed, and we ask you to be gentle and careful not to stain or break it. I have added a cover terrace on the back for early morning yoga or as a lounge for your enjoyment.
Ocean Park is ideally located between Isla Verde and Condado/OSJ.
You will have quick access to the best of both worlds (about 5â15 minutes from most attractions/restaurants) while returning to a safe residential area. The neighborhood is fully alive and can be noisy at times.
Uber is plentiful and inexpensive in the area, so you may choose not to rent a car. However, if you do, there is a driveway with a gate in the front of the house. This apartment shares the parking space with the other apartment in the back.
I have included most items for a beach vacation: chairs, towels, and coolers. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Let me know if something needs to be added, and I will do my best to meet any requests.
IMPORTANT: You might experience some construction work from the construction next door.
The property doesnât have backup power generator, and we donât offer any refund for power outages
Guests will have access to the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs.
Guests will have private access to the unit and shared access to the main property between all the units.
Parking is available on the street or in the gated driveway to be shared with another apartment.
We charge a PER-PERSON rate such that only the people reflected in your reservation will be allowed in your listing (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Quiet hours on site will start from 9 PM to 9 AM daily. This means no loud yelling, profanities, music speakers, etc. OUTSIDE your listing, the police, and health departments will appear if they are called. If this does happen, this will require your immediate removal from the property without a refund. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
We love hosting guests, and we want you to have a great time. By booking our place, you agree that you read the rental agreement and house rules and that you and your guests will comply with them. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law under the "Ley de Hoteleros de 1995 de Puerto Rico" and further charges for trespassing private property will be applied. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be liable for all costs including but not limited to legal procedures, administration fees, and other expenses, incurred by Capital Jetset, its representatives, buildings or communities, and property owners in case of a guest(s) required eviction.
Guest(s) shall not use, occupy, or permit the described premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied by third parties or for any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or hazardous purpose.
All guests are expected to be respectful of residents, personnel, neighbors, and all living creatures while staying at the property and building. We have zero-tolerance for disrespectful, rude, loud, or violent visitors. We have the right to cancel reservations that cause any threats, situations that disrupt the community's well-being or involve the police. In these rare cases, guests will be escorted out of the property at the moment and no refunds will be granted.
MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED-The maximum occupancy in this property is stated on your reservation, no additional guests may stay overnight at risk of having your reservation canceled without a refund. Do not give door access codes or keys to strangers. The person booking is responsible for any damages, keep this in mind when allowing others to stay at the property.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before the agreed time. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nightsâ stay at the listingâs full price.
CANCELLATION POLICY â Review the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
SMOKING-This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes and hookas. Breaking this rule will result in a $300-$500 additional charge and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guestâs reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. A smoke sensor installed in the unit notifies us of smoking inside the property. There are no exceptions to Cannabis even with a license. Incense and candles are also prohibited.
CLEANING-Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, cleans dishes, takes the trash out, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel; it is a vacation rental. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. Any bodily fluid stains on linens or furniture will incur in additional charges beginning at $25 apiece.
LOST KEYS- Cost to replace the following items: keys $150 each, home key sets $300. Please keep them safe.
PROPERTY DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS: During the reservation period, all damages to the home or negligence resulting in damage to the property or building or loss of contents will be paid by the guest no less than 24 hours after check out. Guest acknowledges and accepts that Capital Jetset has the right to charge the guest's credit card on file for these damages.
PARKING. No parking for visitors. Park in assigned space only. Using unauthorized parking incur a police ticket.
PETS. We know that pets and assistance animals, whether a service animal or an emotional support animal, play an important role in a guestâs ability to travel. However, pets or animals may trigger allergies and /or other respiratory issues, in order to keep everyoneâs health and safety as a number one priority, evidence of the presence of pets and/or animals will result in a charge of $250 fee because we will need to incur in deep cleaning & sanitization services from a 3rd party.
PACKAGES-We do not allow guests to order or mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office, and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
LOST OR LEFT BEHIND ITEMS-All property of the guest(s) placed or stored in or about the premises are at the risk of the guest(s). Guest(s) shall hold the host and his real estate agents harmless from any damage or losses suffered from theft, burglary, break-ins, or damage caused by fire, water, or otherwise. Guest(s) acknowledges that Capital Jetset and its agents are not responsible for items left at the property after check out.
