This property is perfect for travelers. It is in an excellent location and very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The king size beds made sleeping wonderful for everyone. Our host was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely request to stay there again.

Plenty of room to spread out in this large home with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Many thoughtful touches enhanced our stay - luggage racks, hooks, plentiful linens, pod espresso maker, full length mirrors and comfortable furniture in the living room. Enjoyed the screen porch on the summer evenings. 12 minute drive to BMO Center/downtown.

The house was spacious with great amenities. Our grandchildren enjoyed the toys and games. We loved the updated kitchen. It was easy to check in and check out. The owner was timely in communication. The negatives were standing water in the washer upon checkin, some earwigs in various rooms, and poor water pressure in the basement bathroom shower.

Great. Clean, towels, linens and tp supplied

We are Chicago area lawyers who had a federal trial in downtown Rockford.. Spreading our materials out on the kitchen table was perfect for our needs. Having a fridge and coffee pot and not depending on restaurants, especially for early court calls was ultra convenient.

Perfect house to visit family nearby

This place was perfect! Very clean, recently renovated, nice little porch, great laundry machine, well stocked, and to top it off, two big bins of great toys for our young kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting family nearby.

Five Bedrooms works for all the adult children having their own space and the house was updated/layed out perfect. I would rent this property again.

NYE Staycation

9 of us (four adults plus 21, 19, 16, 12 & 12) came for NYE weekend. We played games and ate and the weekend was full of laughs and memories! Highly recommend.

Volleyball Weekend in Rockford

House was a perfect spot for our family trip to Rockford for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. Trips to sports factory and sportscore two for tournaments were quick.

Wonderful house!

Family from 3 states in town for a wedding. Very convenient to the venue in downtown Rockford. House was immaculate-no problems whatsoever! Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen and located in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay. Beautifully staged home with plenty to do for the kids. We are sincerely grateful for all the kids toys that were available at this house. Traveling for a wedding we didn’t bring much with us and our kids were able to stay entertained. From comfy beds to nice little touches like chocolate and water bottles. This house. is done very well and I definitely recommend.

Perfect stay

We were in town to watch our son play college baseball. The well decorated house was well stocked, clean & comfortable. Lots of room for everyone be together or to have some quiet down time when needed. The back porch was so cozy. Our family had so much fun in the game room & the neighborhood was quiet & in a good location to go back & forth to the fields between games. Barbara was so nice & replied to messages quickly The house was perfect for our stay!

The house is very beautiful. The entire house is redone and has all of newest technology thruout house. Plenty of space. Very clean. Plenty of cooking stuff in kitchen. Owner kept in touch. Property is close to store.

Room for All

This remodeled home was clean, easy to get to, had plenty of beds, all new appliances, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The only issue was my fault, I was hoping to be close to the sports complex to watch the ultimate frisbee tournament but we were at field two and the home is closer to field one. I wasn't aware there are two fields.

Rockford Stay

This ranch home was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Our host responded every time we had a question. The neighborhood was quiet and the home itself had good security. We had no real issues and would stay again!
