Weekend getaway

We met with some family from wisconsin and spent the weekend. All of the amenities were perfect and kept the kids busy.

Wonderful quick getaway

We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and my sister’s family and my dad. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well stocked with pool floaties. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend. We also enjoyed that each bed had different firmness levels so we could choose our preferred softness. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery stores to make meal planning very easy.

Fun Long Weekend!!!

Everything about the home was great. We traveled with some family and friends celebrating a birthday, and Phil made sure that our visit was spectacular. All of the little extra touches throughout the home made our weekend extra special. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing getaway

This property is perfect. Clean, everything in good condition, every ammenity you can imagine, very comfortable accommodations, and space than i imagined. The house is absolutely perfect for a group trip. I could not be more pleased and our whole group was totally impreased.

Perfect Family Celebration Home

The home was a perfect place for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. It allowed us to stay close to home for youth who had summer jobs, plus gave us all plenty of great entertainment to keep each of us engaged. We loved the hot tub, pool, game room, and movie theatre. Plus, the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Awesome Weekend Getaway!

This gem is amazing in so many ways- Warm pool in its own warm pool space, hot tub. and such a totally unreal game room! A very clean house-nicely decorated too. Philip was a great communicator in every way. Super winter family getaway!

Wonderful Stay!

The owner, Phillip, was wonderful. He was helpful and attentive but at the same time very laid back. We loved all the little extras like hot chocolate for the kids and movie snacks that were provided. The arcade and pool were so much fun. The pool was nice and warm! Everything was clean and organized for our stay. It was the perfect family get away and we are all looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing property

We had such a great time staying here for the long weekend ! The game room and indoor pool and hot tub were epic! No one got bored all weekend it was perfect ! Large kitchen to cook in and a great backyard with deck and several heaters! Owner was very responsive when we had a question during our stay ! We hope that we will be able to visit again! Thanks

Great getaway weekend from Chicago

We had a blast! Phil was so nice and helpful - he even brought us a huge array of amazing desserts on our last night, and that was in addition to all the surprise treats my kids adored finding when we arrived. We had so much fun between the pool, hot tub, home theater, and insanely large arcade, that we only left the house to eat out for dinner. With it being only an hour and change from Chicago, we will definitely be back for more fun-filled weekends!

So Awesome!

This property was amazing. We have a 1 year old and a 3 year old and they were never bored. From the life size connect 4 in the backyard, the movies( a 80’s baby’s Dream) to the amazing pool. We had forgotten our youngest’s bedding and the host personally contacted me. AMAZING!

Hidden Treasure

I cannot express enough what an amazing trip we had, more like a journey. The home was so much more than we expected! Super clean and modern, comfortable, spacious, decorated straight out of a Pinterest photo shoot with so many little details! Our host was incredible, on call at a moments notice. Every amenity was taken care of, including recommendations for places to eat in the area. We could not be more blessed for such an incredible experience my family and friends had, will definitely be booking again!

Fun times for everyone!

Wow! Philip’s home is exactly as pictured and so very clean. Good times we’re had by all and the thoughtful touches throughout the home were very much appreciated. From the beautiful holiday decorations to the stockings for the kids to the surprise food and drinks gifted for our stay. The pool (many towels and toys), game room (so warm and cozy) and movie room (comfy chairs and tasty snacks) were enjoyed by all. Everyone exclaimed how they couldn’t wait to return! We know that we will be back soon! Thank you, Philip!

It's a dream

Can't say enough good things about this property. We had two families (4 and 5, all kids under 8) and it was the first relaxing trip I think we've had since the kids have been born because there was SO much to do. Also, having the pool set with a lock gave me peace of mind, and the arcade in a separate space was great to have it out of the way for when it was time to take a break. The rooms were far enough apart that everyone had space but could gather together for meals and hanging out. The property is so clean and has everything you need, with lots of little touches (my toddler loved the chocolates by the bed side tables as he swiped nearly all of them...so he also had his best vacation ever). Can't wait to head back!

Can't wait to come back!

The house was absolutely perfect. We stayed for a long weekend over the 4th of July holiday with three other families. We were close enough to amenities if/when we needed them, but had absolutely no reasons to leave the property - so much to do for everyone. The owner was wonderful to engage with, he was even able to supply wheelchair ramps to make the home more assessable for someone in our group who has a disability. We are already talking about booking again next year!

Anniversary/Family gathering

Ages ranged from 3 to 72 and everywhere on between. There was plenty to do and everyone had a wonderful time. The pool, arcade, movie room, massage chairs......with plenty of space to relax and visit.

Excellence & Perfection Start to Finish

Our group of 14 ranging from 70 yrs old to 1yr old needed to find a quick staycation house for the holidays as other plans fizzled out. From the moment I found this oasis, the experience was beyond perfection. The communication from Philip upon booking was immediate and super helpful for details, process, and even went above and beyond with the tiniest details to make it feel like our home away from home for the holiday. The decorations, welcome gift, and the fact that they have a charging station with multiple chargers ready to go are just a few of the details that help this stay stand above so many others. It's clear Philip and his team think of everything. The kids AND adults never left the arcade; that is a brilliant touch that will bring our family back year after year. Really, there aren't enough words to express how great of a time we had and how wonderful all accommodations were. Thank you Philip for helping our Christmas celebration feel like home!

Something for everyone!

This house has so many things to do. Whether you like movies, relaxing outside or by the pool, soaking in the hottub or bathtub, swimming, cooking, playing in the arcade room, etc. And then if that's not enough, the town of Rockford has just about everything you could want within a short drive. Awesome place...
