Design has a distinctive typology of roof shape allows the building to be processed into a more modern form, two-story floor, high roof impression with a light base, this is reflected in the impression of the second floor covered with an ironwood roof.
That looks modern and gives the bedrooms privacy and an optimal view of the rice field, while the lower floor houses all the common spaces where space is clad with full-size glass window and a door which give lightness to the room and keep the flow of space between interior to the swimming pool area, garden and view of the rice fields.
A traditional wooden structure sits in the corner of the garden that serves as an additional guest pavilion, which can provide a good contrast to the modern interpretation of Jineng of the main building.
