The One and Only Pedregal Hollywood House (Airbnb)
A sleek, three-story modern Hollywood Hills type of home with awe-inspiring views of the Cabo San Lucas Marina.
Ideally situated at the base of the famous Pedregal community, you and your guests will be within a 5-minute walk to the marina, shopping, and 5-star restaurants.
Private luxury neighborhood `El Pedregal`
This house is located in the Pedregal area of ââLos Cabos, in the countryside and close to the beach. The Arch and Church of San Lucas are local landmarks, and the area`s natural beauty can be appreciated at El Medano Beach and the Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California.
Also worth visiting are Natural History Museum of Cabo San Lucas and Las Californias Museum. Activities like jet skiing and scuba diving offer a great opportunity to enjoy the water, and if you`re looking for a bit of an adrenaline rush, you can go hiking or biking on trails and rock climbing in the surrounding area.
Guests must climb stairs
Wine cellar not available, will be locked.
No access to Garage, but you can park your car right in front of the house .
Dear Guest as Pedregal is a gated community and they want to ensure your safety,
We will require you the copy ID of each of the guests and you will need fill and sign a contract along with a credit card authorization form in case of damages.
Please check on the house rules as well:
Check in 3pm
Check out 11am
No parties in the house
No smoking inside the house
No pets
No more than 6 external guests
If you smoke outside, please don`t burn the sun tanning chairs
Every stained (if don`t cleans after washing) or lost towel/ Bedsheets will be charged with additional costs.
Please turn OFF the A/C if you are not in the rooms or the house.
No loud noise after âȘ9:30 pmâŹ, you might get warnings and a noise fine.
If you leave the house too messy we might charge an extra rate for the cleaning
Early check in or late check out, $25 USD per extra hour * Subject to availability*
