Villa Loretta is located in the Valley of the Blue Moon, a part of the most exclusive area of ​​"El Pedregal". This seemingly isolated residential area of ​​Cabo San Lucas sits at the meeting point of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific ocean on the southernmost tip of Baja California Sur, Mexico. A gated entrance leads through the winding cobblestone streets of Pedregal with beautiful homes, and lush landscaping. Valley of the Blue Moon now offers a full workout area with state of the art equipment, a few minutes walk for Villa Loretta!

Villa Loretta's 4,600 sq. ft. residence, 3 bedroom, and 3 1/2 baths, features a double-height glass ceiling as you enter and are greeted with a grand open living area downstairs which includes a chef's kitchen, wine refrigerator, large indoor dinning and entertainment areas and three bedrooms, two of which are spacious in-suites of approximately 1,000 sq. feet. You will enjoy time spent in an intimate back yard with a beautiful inground plunge pool. Take in the mountain view while preparing your meals at the outdoor kitchen BBQ and dining on the patio. Two terraces off the upstairs in-suite bedrooms provide a spectacular mountain view which provide equally stunning sunrises and sunsets. Many evenings include fireworks displays from local beach hotels that you can see over the nearby residences while conversing around the outdoor gas firepit.

Villa Loretta is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas which offers endless activities and dining options as well as to the Pedregal beach on the Pacific side. Please note, the Pedregal beach is not safe for swimming but wonderful for beach walks and viewing sunsets with a glass of wine! Another public beach (Cannery Beach) great for swimming is located about a half mile from the Pedregal entrance.

Our house manager, Oscar, will be available to help with any emergencies or suggestions regarding the villa. He is also available to help you book excursions, day trips and just general information about Cabo San Lucas. You will be provided a list of local services you may want to use such as a private chef for catering a special event, grocery delivery services to pre-order and stock the kitchen, before your arrival, in-home nail or massage services, and use of Pedregal Concierge services should you choose, for restaurant and local attraction/activity bookings (whale watching, chartered fishing trips, sunset dinner cruises, etc.) Pedregal also features Erma's Courtside Cafe where breakfast and lunch are served at the nearby tennis and pickleball courts which is an easy walk from Villa Loretta.

We had a perfect family holiday thanks to Stuart and Loretta’s wonderful home. The property, as listed, has everything you need. It's spacious and comfortable. (We stayed for a week in December and I barely used the AC, ceiling fans did most of the work for me). We cooked half of our meals ourselves and learned how to use the kitchen and outdoor bbq quickly. We did have to pay for facilities for our many beach days since there were beach towels, a parasol, an ice bag, 2 sets of snorkelling equipment and body boards available in the property. The property is in a secure gated community Pedregal which has access to its private beach and other amenities that are worth exploring too.

We have been married for 48 years, and in 2021 we retired and moved here from the Central Valley of California. We vacationed often in Cabo, love it and decided this was the place we wanted to be. We love the people here and our community!

We enjoy exploring all that the peninsula has to offer. We love the sun and the sand, palm trees and warm breezes. The food in the Los Cabos area is exceptional, with a large variety of restaurants offers a wide variety of foods. We love living here, and we hope you enjoy your time here as well!

Friends and family give us the opportunity the share the sights and sounds of Los Cabos. From the amazing beaches, to wonderful restaurants, it's a treat for family, friends and renters alike.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have stayed in Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas numerous times in the last 30 years before we even thought about retirement! Pedregal is often referred to as the 'Mexican Riviera' of the private residential gated community in Cabo San Lucas. Pedregal provides fantastic ocean views, amazing mountain landscapes, and direct beach access. We love the views, the sound of the ocean waves and the bird life that abounds here.
Villa Loretta is located in the Valley of the Moon with patio and terrace views of the Pedregal mountains that separate Cabo's marina, downtown restaurants and shopping areas from the Pedregal beach on the Pacific side. Enjoy stargazing, fireworks from the hotels below the cliffs and moonlit mountains from all three patio areas.

We spend lots of time at Pedregal Beach, while picturesque; it is not considered a swimmable beach due to its strong currents and rocky terrain. However, its secluded charm allows for other enjoyable activities such as seaside picnics; beachcombing and shell collecting (Pedregal Beach remains relatively untouched, making it an ideal spot for beachcombing and collecting beautiful seashells as mementos of your visit); sunbathing and stargazing; and enjoy watching the seasonal (December - March) migration of whales.

Villa Loretta hides her interior elegance from the street view, but once inside, the 30+ feet glass ceiling and spaciousness of the living area beckons you to the lower patio featuring an outdoor kitchen/BBQ, plunge pool, waterfall, outdoor dining table and tropical atmosphere. The floating stairs and lighting add to the elegance of the evening.

All three bedrooms are spacious and each of the bathrooms feature large walk-in showers and vanities with double sinks. Two of the bedrooms feature large walk-in closets while the 3rd room offers a large armoire closet. The two upstairs bedroom share a larger upper terrace with sitting area and fire pit. The lower bedroom features a private lighted atrium with palm trees.
