Experience Alligator Point and North Floridaâs âForgotten Coastâ from the upper deck, lower screen room, or down at the shore. The gulfview âSadie Shackâ has unrivaled lateral (side) privacy. The sunroom is a great reading spot. Owners bedroom and bath are gulfview as well.
The house was great very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and laid back. The host was amazing answed all our questions and accommodated our every need. I would recommend this place to everyone. They even let you use the golf cart and kiyacks and anything else you can think you might need is there and everything is very nice and in good shape. They definitely get a 5 star rating.
Melanie and Lloyd Monroe are sixth-generation North Floridians. They are the parents and grandparents of three. They left the comfort of Tallahassee and Lloydâs civil trial law practice to found a humanitarian relief non-profit in Guatemalaâs Western Highlands in 2005. As retirement approached, they left Guatemala and purchased their Alligator Point beach house; there, many more family memories have been made.
An elevated deck, lower level screen room, lower level swing area, and three of the houseâs rooms provide a nice view of the Gulf of Mexico. The shore is minutes away by foot.
