You did not follow directions and were on the wrong side of town, you went in the wrong house , The garage had nothing to do with the rental . I did everything I could to make you happy . I offered you a new apt studio . What you called dingy the apt was really nice with the state of art appliances it was only two years old and everyone who has stayed there loved it. You just made up your mind and nothing I would have done would have pleased you.

What great guest we enjoyed them immensely and hope they do come back They left our unit so nice it was a pleasure having them .Looking forward to their next visit .

I am sorry if you had told me about the temp that is such an easy fix. Someone before you said it was too hot so it was adjusted to their liking and they probably forgot to turn it back. Now we always stock well my property manager for that house has all of the supplies, she is next door. I have no clue what happened but I will speak to her it probably was under the sink. But thank you for the heads up and it helps to know so we can make improvements we really like people to be happy. We will be making improvements this spring according to suggestions people have been giving me so Thank you so much, it is appreciate.

I really do not know where to start myself some statements here are really exaggerated and some just untrue. dishwasher was replaced because it flooded the little kitchen area 3 x3 ,floor was temporally fixed with large ply wood until they can get to it The rug was always there ALL the flooring which was replaced just before the leak no way needs to be redone. I have no idea about any leaks or holes if I had it would have been repaired immediately. You called me the day before you left I put all new 10 year batteries I told you where they were you stated to me that you looked at the hall and saw it was disconnected this was an electrical one that I explained to you I took out a because we lose power so often I did not trust it .as far as the wood stove it was cleaned just before winter as was the furnace just recently the small crack you are speaking of was repaired I was assured it was safe Running the wood stove with such really high winds may not have been your best choice,. You told me that the furnace was not working I immediately sent a tech there he was there within 15 minutes of me calling and he said it was over 70 degrees in the house and there was nothing wrong with the furnace he also said that a male in the house was just mad he did not do well ice fishing and could not dry his pants on the wood stove? & he never discussed the crack with you there is a sticker in the unit itself when they repaired .People have been using the wood stove all winter without an issue and all left an excellent report . I was told the wind was so high it just blew the smoke back in this was all explained to you why you would write all of this is beyond me my staff said the alarms were where I said and working You said .not well what does that even mean?. I really work hard at keeping all of my rentals in great condition and clean sometimes things happen but I am on it as soon as I find out you said the alarms did not work well that is so weird so just in case I have replaced every alarm there MY handy man will look to see what you were talking about with holes and leaks??? but that also will be addressed. We come home in the spring and redo and update every unit I rent . BTW keys were never returned.

I will address each issue: windows and doors open: there is a thing called covid as I am nurse I open all the windows to air out each unit before each guest arrives , my other guest thank me for that The back door open is a sliding glass door the screen was open to air the house out. . door not locking: I said I was sending someone over as fast as I can get a hold of him . You waited 15 minutes , I was just trying to reassure you how safe our town is but fully intended on sending my guy over. BTW he did tell me that you were not happy and you did tell him not to worry about anything else because your not staying,you had made up your mind already and were there 15 minutes. Smell: There was NO Smell just before you came and when I checked it the next day there still was no smell , new sliding door screen was just put in my handy man and property manager both checked it out and there was no smell there was an outbreak of ear wicks the day before in the whole town I went and only found some on the outside deck a quick spraying would have taken care of this. I discussed this with VRBO and decided since the complaints about the windows open, the smell there was none and I did not see any ear wicks in the house it was all ridiculous . I did say what you said was not true , and that is why there was no refund. I have been doing this for 40 years 95% of my guest love my properties and appreciate the service I provide.This unit is adorable . clean and well stocked . my opinion is that you made up your mind before you even set foot in the house and there was nothing I can do to please you.I do not know if you did not realize it was a trailer home and that turned you off I have no clue . This unit was actually ripped apart and we rebuilt a small cottage on the trailer bed. I guess you did not even look at the great reviews I did have. I love what I do and go above and beyond to make people happy but this was never going to happen with you. as far as google I did google it and did see it, another false statement .
