Newly Renovated Long Beach Cottage - Ocean and Marsh views; 1 min walk to beach!

We are excited to share our newly renovated "Long Beach Cottage", a third-row home on the exclusive West End of Oak Island. It's only a 1 min walk to the public handicap beach access and sits directly on the marsh. The large rocking chair front porch has ocean views and the new screened back porch has a peaceful and private marsh view.

The living room has plenty of seating for all of your guests. There is a 55" smart TV and plenty of games, books, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked including a state-of-the-art water filter, 12 cup coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot and blender. The dining area has a large dinging table with comfortable seating for 8.

The LBC sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a King, a Queen and 2 rooms that each have 2 Twin XL mattresses that can be converted to a King for an additional fee. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, noise machine and USB ports for charging all of your devices.

The house has a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a washer/dryer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The LBC has been thoughtfully designed and well-appointed to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone!

We had a great stay at this house. The front balcony and screened-in porch were both fantastic spaces to relax, and the living area was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all amenities, the location was excellent - 2 blocks to the beach. The owners were very communicative throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed by this house! There were so many touches throughout that made it obvious the hosts take pride in this home. So many kitchen utensils and amenities that we didnt expect to be provided! The listing’s pictures don’t do this house justice, especially with the open concept of the living room and kitchen, it’s so much space. We enjoyed both the covered front porch with rocking chairs, as well as the back deck for a sunset and great stargazing. Access to the beach is so close and easy. Plenty of parking space! We will certainly book again, thank you!

This was by far, the best rental/vacation we have had! The owners are so kind and great with communication. The property is so clean, everything you could want or need inside the home. This felt like we had a home away from home and we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful space to spend time together as a family. Very family friendly, easy and short walk to the beach. Excellent Beach House!

Long Beach Cottage is an excellent choice! Location could not be better with marsh views and a quick 2 min walk to the beach. Each bedroom has its own mirror and counter space making it easy to get ready. Very clean with nice furnishings. Will come again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfectly located. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and wonderful marsh views off the back deck. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The house is very well maintained and stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The rocking chairs on the front porch were our favorite. Perfect for morning coffee.

Such a lovely place to enjoy the best of Oak Island! Truly a 1 minute walk to the beach, this beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed home has everything a family or small group could need for a relaxing and fun weekend. From the outdoor shower to the amazing back deck with stunning marsh-views, this home has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Owner is also very responsive and helpful! Nice place

The property was very nice! Just a couple mins walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the home was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We did have an unexpected issue with the hot water tank but the homeowners were quick to take care of the problem. Very responsive to any communication we had. Our family of 7 really enjoyed our beach vacation at Long Beach cottage!
