Welcome to Elliott Way Cottage, located in a quiet residential area not far from Haystack Rock! You will feel right at home in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom coastal cottage. As you approach the home you are greeted with the most welcoming entry-gorgeous landscaping, a white picket fence and the most charming gate leading you to a spacious backyard, perfect for family gatherings.

This two-story home has two living areas, hardwood floors throughout, with the primary bedroom located on the first floor and two guest bedrooms upstairs. Upon entering the home, to the left you'll discover a large living area with big, cozy couches, a large flat screen tv and a wall of windows, letting in a ton of natural light. Stay warm on chilly nights with the gas stove that is just off in the corner of the room. To the right of the entry, you will find the dining area with seating for eight. Just off the dining area is a fully equipped, bright, cheerful kitchen complete with all the amenities your chef will need to cook in comfort. There is a door that leads from the kitchen out the backyard and spacious deck.

The primary bedroom, located on the first floor has a king-sized bed, a flat screen tv and has access to the full bathroom across the hall. You will also find the laundry room and a second living room/family room on this floor. This second living area that is perfect for the children and has a flat screen tv, gas stove and double doors leading out to the backyard and patio.

Upstairs you will find two additional guest rooms. Bedroom #1 has two queen beds, and a charming reading nook with a desk and lamp. Bedroom #2 has a king-sized bed, and both bedrooms share the second full bathroom on this floor.

Out around back you will find a large deck perfect for outdoor dining, a swing set and a firepit to gather around on those chilly Oregon evenings. Don't forget to get marshmallows for the smores!
