BRAND NEW contemporary two bedroom apartment with full size Thermospa HOT TUB on a private patio. Second bedroom can be set with two twin beds or one queen bed depending on the needs of our guest. Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials including coffee maker and breakfast bars. Oversize high top table is the perfect spot to gather round for board games, coffee, or meals. Full bath has a full tub and complimentary toiletries. Living area boasts a 50 inch 4K TV and in wall LED lit fireplace. Full size washer & dryer- spacious parking, a good night!

We traveled to Waterford for a funeral. This apartment was great! It’s very clean, great location, and was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very clean home, newer finishes. Very comfortable bed, well lit outside and felt like a very safe neighborhood. Did not get to use hot tub, but has full kitchen. Clean rooms.

If you are visiting Saratoga area or Albany area, this is a great place to stay just a short 20-30 min drive to either direction. A cozy, well-appointed apartment with everything you need for a night or few. Very clean. Comfy beds. Spacious layout for a small space. Roomy bathroom. And a nice, private patio of you want to grill out or enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The hot tub is a great feature too, we enjoyed sitting out there at night star gazing. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful Home / Great Host!

Jennifer was more than happy to accommodate us. We came from a distance and worked with our check in. The home was immaculate. The hot tub was a nice touch and great for the cool morning. I even left some items behind which she graciously mailed to me. Would definitely recommend! Will come back if I'm in the area!

We stayed here as we were coming in with work crew for event we called early because we never got check in information and didn’t say which apt a or b was ours, I called and asked if we could get in two hours early and they stated yes, go in and everything is dirty beds, towels, etc. she stated cleaning guy on way(who had to be 16) come never change the sheets till we said something and then didn’t change comforters, left the place with no towels and in the washer not ran

Ashleigh showed up and entered the rental unit 3 hours before her check in time and it had just been checked out of and had not been turned over yet. Our check-in time is 3 PM and checkout time is 11 AM. She entered the unit without permission at 12 noon. She was not given permission to enter nor was she provided with an entry code since her check in was not valid until that afternoon. Once I realized this happened, I tried to extend her the courtesy of allowing her to use the restroom and drop her luggage off, but her and her guests never left the property. When the cleaner showed up, they proceeded to smoke marijuana inside of the unit which is not allowed. She and her 3 guests ( more than the reservation was for) proceeded to create their own mess before full cleaning could occur given their refusal to leave the property. This created a very uncomfortable situation for the cleaner. Apparently towels did not get moved from the washer to the dryer in the chaos she created. Simple communication on her part could have had additional towels delivered as we keep an abundance in stock in storage. I heard nothing from her until 5 hours after her check out time the following day demanding a refund. She is someone trying to get something for nothing- the worst kind of renter. Inconsiderate, entitled and rude. Next time I will listen to my gut when someone brazenly enters the property unauthorized. Unfortunately most renters are good but Ashleigh was horrible.
