This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-level condo sleeps 6 across a king bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a twin bed. Enjoy postcard-perfect views of the Gore Range and Ten Mile Range from the great room, primary bedroom, and the private balcony. This condo’s convenient location is a sportsman’s paradise in all seasons and offers ski-in/ski-out cross-country skiing access at the Keystone Nordic Center and is minutes from the lifts for a day of downhill skiing at Keystone Resort in the winter (or 10 other resorts within an hour drive). In the summer, be just steps from the renowned Keystone River Golf Course and directly on the Soda Creek Bike Trail, as well as minutes from Lake Dillon and prime hiking trails. Enjoy the private club room complete with a wet bar, fireplace, billiards, and hot tub, or head to Silverthorne, Dillon, or Breckenridge for shopping.

The spacious entryway offers mounted hooks, a bench and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Here you will also find the private washer and dryer tucked away in a second hallway closet. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided. Just off the entryway is the first bedroom and guest bathroom. The bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, a flat screen TV and a dresser. The guest bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom or through the entry hallway and has a double-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The open floor plan allows for gathering between the kitchen, living area and dining room. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home that features stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The sunny lodge-style great room features a wall of windows to frame the amazing view, vaulted ceilings, a gas stone fireplace, a flat screen TV, board games, and ample natural light. Just off the living area you will find access to the private balcony offering outdoor seating, a private grill, and incredible mountain views.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and sunny mountain views. The en suite bathroom has a large double-sink vanity, a walk-in shower, a jetted soaking tub, and a separate water room for added privacy. Secure, heated parking is under the unit for safety and convenience (no over-sized vehicles).

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

The paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. The perfect mountain vacation spot
My wife and I and our teenage children vacationed for a week here. It could not have been a better experience. It's on a golf course if that's your thing, but even if not, it was never loud or obnoxious. The back porch was covered so we could enjoy outdoor seating even when it rained. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking implements so we were able to make a couple of grocery runs and have most of our meals there. Though it felt in-between Keystone and Dillon, it was actually close to everywhere. We were able to enjoy hiking at Mt Sniktau over Loveland Pass and at Mt Royal over Frisco. We had two fabulous dinners, one at Cala Pub in Dillon (very casual but delicious Irish fare) and one at Michael's in Breckenridge (great Italian food). We shopped in Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne. We drove over to Mt Blue Sky for a day out and to Colorado Adventure Center for zip lining and challenge course fun. I'm short, this spot is a great location for all things in the area and is a luxurious experience for a vacation rental. I'll definitely save it for future stays!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was very nice and convenient for our needs but we were deeply disappointed by the fact that there was no indication in the description online that we were only allowed one car on site. We ended up having to pay for early check in so we would have enough time to get the extra car to a lot at Keystone Resort 10 minutes in the opposite direction we needed to go to get to a concert on time. We understand that parking is at a premium in the mountain towns but don't just say "parking on site" and not specify limited to one car. It is very misleading and unfair to then ask us to pay extra just so we can have the time needed to coordinate dropping off and picking up the extra car. It definitely impacted our overall experience at the property.

When we booked this property the only thing that was mentioned about parking was that it was available on site. This was unfortunately not accurate. We were provided one parking spot but we had two cars and were told we would have to drive to the Keystone Resort 10 minutes away to leave one car there overnight. Given the fact that check-in wasn't originally until 4:30 and we were supposed to be at the Dillon Amphitheater by 5:30 for a concert, we had to request an earlier check-in which was an additional cost just so we would have enough time to navigate the car situation. This was extremely inconvenient and definitely should be something that is highlighted in the description about it. A 2 bedroom condo in the mountains in the summer doesn't always get rented to a family with one car. We were 4 women coming from different parts of the Front Range so it isn't unreasonable that we would have more than one car especially to accommodate various gear that people do bring to use for outdoor activities. Bottom line, you really need to rewrite the description of this property or it could be considered false advertising,

Cozy Condo
The condo was clean and cute. The beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable. It was warm in the condo but fine when the doors and windows were open and fans on. It would be nice to have curtains over the master bedroom windows upstairs, so the sun isn’t right in your eyes at 5:30 in the morning. The communication was great. The parking garage is very tight and not easy to get in and out of with a truck. Our Ford F150 almost didn’t fit.

However the mgt company requires a contract which was tedious to sign for a 2 day stay. Early check in was not accommodated without paying $15/hr which was the first time i experienced such a situation for a VRBO. Place was great, right next to golf course. Very spacious unit and bed was very comfortable. Summer with no A/C required us to be smart about opening windows and using fans. Other than check in- place was great!

Mountain weekend getaway
We loved the condo- great central location to Keystone, Dillion/Silverthorne, Breck. My non-skiing friends enjoyed the Keystone Nordic Center for snowshoeing and winter hiking trails. The hot tub in the recreation club house was a hit in the afternoon as well. Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen / laundry. Wonderful views of the mountain from the deck and upstairs master bedroom. We would definitely return to this lovely rental when we come back to the area this summer!

Great place for a family with lots of sleeping options and great bathrooms. Kitchen has all the necessities. Location is great and underground parking is a lifesaver in winter. Hot tub is lovely after a day in the snow. A bit of a drive to restaurants, though.

Great property. Clean, nice amenities, shared hot tub. Close to Keystone skiing. The covered parking garage was absolutely not big enough for a pick up truck to park in. There’s a sign saying “no oversized vehicles” but my truck has never been considered oversized. It took about 40 minutes and 100 turns to get out. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Heated garage under is a nice treat in the mountains (but need to be less than 7'6" to fit). Convenient to all the Summit County mountain fun! Take note - the entrance to the condo is on the opposite side of the outdoor parking.

The shuttle does not stop at this location and we thought that it had, that was the only bummer. So be prepared to drive to ski every day.

It was so cozy but spacious.We cooked dinner and the kitchen was stocked up with everything necessary for cooking.Very quiet and close to town. The only down side was the areas for kids to play in snow were very restricted. You can’t go outside and just play. We payed to do some tubbing. But other than that we had to drive out in town for sledding and just to play with the snow.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
