The bedroom has a private entrance to the full bathroom and there is an attached half bathroom as well. This beach retreat features everything you need to make your next vacation carefree and relaxing.
You'll love the balcony to relax with a cup of coffee, book or afternoon cocktail. You'll have your choice of 2 neighborhood pools when you're not at the beach. The community grounds of Cassine Gardens and Cassine Village have incredible shaded walking trails to meander. Doorbell camera installed on outside door.
Smart lock - I will generate you a code for your stay! Use the beach wagon to bring up groceries on the elevator. Elevator is located by back parking lot. We provide beach towels, a beach wagon, backpack chairs, umbrella and soft cooler.

We loved our stay at Amyâs place. It was in a great location and 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella were the perfect touch. We loved that this place was situated next to a bike rental, shops, and just a short ride to food trucks and more.
This property is exactly as awesome as it appears online! Extremely clean, walking distance to a few of our favorite restaurants, and situated in the middle of our favorite beach towns to visit on 30a. The wagon and beach equipment made packing up to head to the beach a breeze and the beach access was directly across the street with a convenient cross walk. We would definitely come back!

This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, basketball hoop and a sunset deck. Cassine Station is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all Scenic 30A has to offer. The beach access is just across 30A about 175 yards.
