2 The Sea is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3rd-floor condo that comfortably sleeps 4. Come enjoy our newly renovated space just steps from a private beach and community pool in the popular Palms at Seagrove.

Location:
Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Featuring a community pool and private beach access. 2 The Sea is a 10 minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but are always available to assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take your 1 allocated parking space.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

We had a great time at this beachside condo. The proximity to everything including beach, pool, restaurants, and groceries is perfect. Wouldn’t change a single thing!

Such a comfortable experience with the beautiful white beach steps away. The app was excellent for information. Only a 1.6mi beach walk to Seaside, Bud & Ally's. Rosemary beach area very nice.

Very nice condo!

Had a wonderful time here, The bathroom vent needs to be cleaned very thick dust and curtain rod for shower needs to be re enforced but yes Id stay here again in a heartbeat!! Will rent again for sure thanks Nancy!! Comfy bed too in master too!

Perfect Location!

Loved our stay in Nancy's VRBO. It was a very short walk to the beach and did not have to cross the very busy 30A. Condo was very clean, well supplied and very comfortable.

Absolutely loved his condo. It had everything we needed and was easy access to the beach. Loved the Fiesta dishes and the decor of the whole condo. Bed was comfortable...we did not use the bunk beds, but they seemed very comfortable, even for an adult. The balcony furniture was very comfortable and made it fun to sit out in the evening. Everything was brand new and very nice.

Great Location

Great location, easy, private beach access. Updated unit, tastefully done, very clean. Kismet and owners of unit were very responsive when refrigerator was not working. Kitchen is well equipped. Washer/dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. Lots of towels. Definitely recommend if you are a family of 4 or 2 single friends. Bunk beds in hall are comfortable, light, plug-ins for charging, and even a shelf to place glasses or even your glass of wine.

This is a quaint place tucked away on 30A beachside! The condo has been refurbished and is clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and our teenager loved biking to Seaside every day with friends!

Our stay was great! The condo had much more room than I expected. It was so clean and had such an airy, beach feel. Right on the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and condo

I booked this condo in a pinch, after cancelling an international vacation for my family. At the time there were no reviews, so I just hoped it would work out. I was very pleased with the location, the layout of the condo and the design. Everything was very clean, and the small property means it is an easy walk to the beach and pool. There was plenty of room for our kids to sleep between the bunk beds (which are VERY sturdy) and the sofa bed. Having the second bathroom was gold!! Everything was comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook or blend beach drinks! We had one issue with the clothes dryer, and the property manager contacted me within an hour and had it fixed that same day. The only negative is that the pool is pretty small, and on red flag days, it was crowded. The sign says it can fit 11 people. We had 15 people in our group, so there’s that. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Great Condo and Location

We loved our stay in '2 The Sea' at the Palms at Seagrove. The condo has been recently updated and is so cute. We had everything we needed and did not have any problems. There were 6 of us so we filled the place up but it wasn't too crowded. The private beach was perfect and never too crowded like we saw at the public beaches. Seaside was close enough to ride bikes to and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby within walking distance. We really enjoyed being beachside even if our balcony did not have a direct beach view. We could still sit on the balcony and hear the waves and the beach was literally steps away. We had a great vacation and I would recommend this condo for small families who don't mind only having one bedroom. Our stay was 6/26/21-7/3/21.

My wife and I, after being renters for family vacations for years, decided to become owners and make it a family venture. We rent "2 The Sea" as a way to cover the overhead. 30a was the obvious choice for us for obvious reasons if you've ever visited 30a. We sold a condo last year and we were able to buy in The Palms to be on the south side of 30a. We are excited about that. We are thoroughly enjoying 30a, The Palms at Seagrove, and our own slice of heaven; "2 The Sea"! We hope you will come stay in our little condo, and enjoy it as much as we do.
