Spacious Private Family Home with Pool

Welcome to our 1700sq ft Florida bungalow. We own just shy of a 1/4 acre lot with an inground pool and plenty of things to keep you busy in and outside of the area. We have 3 beds, 2 baths and enough seats and beds to comfortably fit 8 guests. Please enjoy and reach out if you anything! For your safety, we do have exterior cameras located on the exterior of the home. We also use a decibel noise meter that monitors noise levels after hours.

Affordably close to Disney and Tampa

Had to visit family in Tampa Bay Area and realized this is an excellent property for return visits and for trips to Orlando and very reasonably priced for the amenities provided by the Host!

Lovely Property

My family and I booked this home for a few days. It is a lovely property, with a nice pool. There were plenty of extras that were greatly appreciated. Our stay there was very enjoyable.

I would like to say property was gorgeous however there couldve been LED lights in the pool and in the surrounding area...landscaping could use some attention but overall this place is amazing so upscale the yard

Clean, comfortable. Nice pool! Everything we were needing. Super nice owner checked in to make sure all was well. Will book this property again if we are in the Lakeland are!

Pretty nice with a few minor issues

Stayed for a week with my coworkers. It worked out pretty well, but there were a few issues. Master Bedroom has 2 beds, but no door for the Master bathroom area of sinks and showers. Toilet does have its own little room. Master bedroom windows face a street light and it is very bright in there at night. I did suggest to the owner that this be addressed. We bought blackout curtains and that did the trick. Smoke detector in the house would go off at the slightest little thing - like using the toaster to toast bread. Happened about 4 times to us which was a little annoying. Rooms were as advertised otherwise. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. We would definitely think about staying again.

Beautiful and tidy home nestled in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. We were here for 2 days for a wedding and it was perfect. Dog friendly!

Beautiful get away.

Awesome property. The house has a nice set up and the pool was clean and refreshing. We never had any problems with the owner and always got a quick response to any questions that we had.

Overall, the house and stay were very good. The only negative I would say is some lack of utensils and cookware in kitfchen. Would recommend.

Great vacation nice location:)

We enjoyed this comfortable home located in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Coffee by the pool each morning was perfect. Stores and activities were conveniently located. Walking our dog around the neighborhood was relaxing. The host was wonderful ensuring we had everything for the perfect vacation. Will definitely return.

Great location

The location was great. We were surrounded by shopping and more. The only thing I would suggest is curtains in the living room, kitchen. It was a little odd to be up moving around in the morning with the lawn/pool maintenence man being "right there" and feeling like there is no privacy. Other than that, a very clean home.

Cute and clean

This was a great property and the pool was a terrific bonus. Nice neighborhood and the pictures were accurate. We needed a place close to SEU and this was a good location and close to town. Would stay here again.

Great location!

The property had everything that we needed. It’s in a great and safe area too. The owner made sure to check in with us to see how we were doing and was easy to get in contact if we needed. If we come back again I would stay here again!

Makin Memories

Great house! It was perfect for my family! It was halfway in between Legoland and Dinosaur World. My only complaint is it needs curtians. We made a million memories at both Legoland and Dinosaur World (I recommend both) and this beautiful home helped us all stay together!

Great Location

I love the simplicity of the furnishings. Lots of wide open spaces. No worries about the little ones playing. We totally enjoyed our time there. We were only 25 minutes from Legoland, about an hour from the beach. The grocery was less than a mile away. I highly recommend this home.

Lakeland family home

Our family felt very safe and welcome in this home. We were able to relax and use the pool. The location is close to shopping areas and other attractions. I would stay here again in the area. The host was very responsive.
