Hello Kris, thank you so much for taking the time to review Shady Mango. This property had a perfect 10/10 rating (currently 9.6/10), and we are so sorry that you did not find it in perfect shape. We always want to improve but also have a chance to comment on your findings. Our office is just up the street from Shady Mango, and we are always happy to come and help guests. The 3 trash cans and 2 recycling cans get emptied 2/week on Mondays and Thursdays. The owners pay for side door service and the cans should not have to be placed by the street. We will make sure that it is still happening. The yard maintenance is usually great. If you are referring to the vines on the fence - we have contacted the owners to see what the plans are. We are very sorry that the pool lights ended up breaking when you visited. New lights have been installed. We have not had any other issues with the pool but will of course check on the pool surface. We will make sure the owner installs blinds or curtains for the front door glass area. The AC was serviced shortly after your stay and spray in insulation will be added to the attic. We are expanding our Starter Kit with a good quality 3/1 for the bathroom and we already have a starter kit for the washer. Did you not find one? Most importantly we are in the process of checking on the brand-new (12.21.24) Master Bedroom mattress, pillows and bedding. We had 25 satisfied guests prior to your stay. Sunny regards, Team Duncan
