This new two story 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is perfectly designed to not want to leave. The moment you walk in you feel at home, you feel relaxed. Our home is beautifully designed to gather with family and friends inside or outside.
Outside: X-large patio looking out to the La Sals. Bull frog spa hot tub, beach towels provided, large dining table that seats 8. Large gas fire pit with 8 adirondack chairs to relax on, or roast marshmallows. The BBQ gas grill lets you cook with ease.
Kitchen: High-end kitchen is equipped with everything, stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas range and hood. Gas convection oven, large fridge/freezer with ice and water. Quiet dishwasher, microwave in the island. Lots of counter space for prepping food and serving. Stainless steel sink. Fully equipped with small appliances, shatterproof plates and bowls. Wine glasses, mugs, utensils, serving trays and platters. Baking pots and pans, baking tools. Coffee bar, with a keirig machine, supplied with coffee, tea, decaf, and hot cocoa pods stocked to the max, along with creamers, and syrups for our guests. Pantry items: flour, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, pam spray, vegetable oil, and marshmallows. Black and decker coffee machine and coffee grounds.
Dinning: The dinning area seats up to 8, plus 3 barstools at the island. Highchair in the pantry.
Living room: Beautiful open room looking at the La Sals, has 18 foot ceilings. Perfect to gather around to play games, or watch TV on our 70inch smart TV, with Netflix, Disney and Hulu/ESPN. Beautiful remote fireplace, has the option to blow out heat, or just flame regular or blue!
Rooms: All rooms wake up to amazing views. Each bed has the award-winning comfort and love your tomorrow casper mattress. All sheets and pillow cases are 100% cotton 670 thread count. We triple sheet our beds to assure our quests that everything is cleaned every time. We have protector covers on our pillows and mattress'. Pillows are hypoallergenic. Each room (except bunk) has remote ceiling fans. Keeping things clean and sanitary is our top priority!
Bathrooms: Each bathroom feature luxury cotton towels, washcloths, and bath mats. Cotton make-up removal washcloths. Body wash, conditioner/shampoo. Hairdryer's and other amenities.
Loft: Upstairs enjoy a 65" Samsung smart TV on 2 bean bags, this room is perfect for lounging around and playing games that a on the wall!
Office: A separate room with door for privacy to get work done, beautiful solid wood desk, and comfy chair, in the corner there's a cool tear drop chair to swing in if you need a break.
Laundry: 4.5 cubic ft. washer, and 7.5 cubic ft. gas dryer. Supplied with detergent, bounce sheets and oxi-clean for our guests.
Garage: 2 car garage also stores bikes, the driveway accommodates 2 more cars. Additional parking is in the back for ATV's, trailers, RV's and side by sides.
Safety: We are all about making our guest feel safe, that is why we have smoke, gas and carbon monoxide detectors. 2 fire extinguishers in the pantry and laundry. First aid kit in the pantry. Cameras facing each street to keep an eye on your trailors. Digital front door lock that the code changes with each guest. You'll have the option to set the house alarm each time you leave.
Community pool: Our quests have full access to the Tierra Del Sol community pool. We provide towels for our quests, just a 3 min walk. (closed in winter)
**United Airlines flies between Moab and Denver, CO and Delta flies between Salt Lake City and Moab. Grand County is a 1.5 hour drive, and Salt Lake is a 3.5 hour drive. Location: This home is located in the Southgate Village just 5 miles from town. Only .4 miles to the Old Spanish Trail Arena where Jeep Safari and other events. *Arches Visitor center 15 min drive *Canyonland lands Island of the Sky Visitor Center 45 min drive *Dead Horse Point State Park visitor center 48 min drive If you need any suggestions on where to go or what to do, I'll be happy to help! ***There is absolutely no smoking of any kind or vaping on the premises (including patios, decks, garage, driveway). Fines and additional cleaning fees will be given if there’s any smoking. ***Service animals are welcome. However you need to provide 2 things. 1. Doctor's note stating that this is a service animal and is needed. 2. What skill does it provide. You MUST let me know that you're bringing the service animal before booking. There is an additional $200 pet cleaning fee.

Awesome house for our guys trip to MOAB!!
Four best friends from college, we came to MOAB and spent 5 days ballooning, rafting, hiking and OHR in Arches, and biking from Island in the Sky. This was the perfect home base for us,. Very well appointed, we could have breakfast, make lunch for our trips, and on three nights we cooked dinner and ate at home. With beautiful view of the LaSal mountain range.

Amazing home with amazing views
This is one of the best VRBO houses I’ve ever stayed in. The house was very clean, well stocked, and had wonderful amentities. The host was very easy to communicate with. The views though….breathtaking. Our friends stayed in the house next door from same host, so it was very easy to hangout in the evenings.

The photos of these property does not do the property justice, as it is one of the the nicest places we have ever stayed for a VRBO getaway. The host, Jen, was very responsive to texts/emails and a huge help in booking the property. We will be booking this listing every time we visit Moab. Cheers.

Amazing place that had all the amenities you would need. Great patio out back with an impressive view. We were working on the south end of town, so the location was perfect. Host was very responsive, and helped solve an issue that popped up very quickly. 100% recommend, and we will stay again.

Really nice and new. Close to Arches National Park, convenient and beautiful property as a base for 2 families with kids to explore the park and hike. Relaxing after hike in hot tub very nice. Owner really responsive and timely communication. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!
After a long day hiking at Arches, it was so nice to return to Jen’s home. The place is large, modern, clean and luxurious. My family of 4 adults had ample room to stretch out. From the 2 story family room with view of the Les Sals to the high end kitchen with all the kitchen equipment and basic necessities, and to the comfortable beds and neat bathrooms, and lastly, the back deck with killer views from the hot tub and fire pit. We ended staying an extra day because Jen’s home was so nice. We highly recommend this residence.

The back patio is really great. The kitchen is decent but lacking some cook ware. Coffee and spices are a plus. The inside layout is better for a family vs 3-4 couples. They don't allow for any early check in and force you to purchase damage insurance.

Amazing Week in Moab
Very nice property! Plenty of space, clean, comfortable beds and a great patio! Since the rear of the property faces east the patio was in shade by mid-afternoon each day and the view of the La Salle mountains in the evening was a nice way to end each day relaxing on the patio. We traveled with a 32 ft trailer hauling side-by-sides so having street parking available next to the patio was very convenient. I would recommend this property...especially if you need more than a couple bedrooms.

Perfect Home Base
We had a wonderful family vacation (6 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler) where we visited and hiked 5 National Parks. Moab was a great home base, and this home was perfect. There was a enough room to spread out and plenty of living spaces for alone time. The fire pit and mountains in the distance was a relaxing place to wind down every night.
Jen was extremely responsive. We had a couple questions during our trip, and she always responded within an hour.
I felt the house was excellently stocked. We didn't do any cooking other than coffee, oatmeal, and PB&Js, but it was such a great surprise to find Ziploc baggies of all sizes. It really goes to show the type of host Jen is and her understanding of the needs of her potential guests.
You will not regret booking this house. :)

Absolutely Loved This House!
This is a great house for a large group. When you first walk in it’s very open and beautiful you notice the cool views right away. Very clean and is well stocked with shampoos/conditioners and soap, don't need to pack them.
Jen was awesome getting back with me. Everything is new and we liked that this place isn’t worn down like some others. The patio in the back has a big fire pit that we just sat around and looked at the cool views, we loved the hot tub at night in the rain. The kids loved the loft upstairs, it has bean bags and a big tv with Netflix, it had some fun wall games to entertain them. The bunk beds were fun for them too. The master was very big, had a huge walk in closet, and a balcony with really cool views. I also liked how it has 3 showers/bathrooms so other people can get ready. Loved this trip at this place , we’re definitely planning on coming again! Thanks Jen!

Great Moab home
Upon entering the house we noticed how clean and new it seemed. Our group consisted of two different families with total of four children. The bedrooms worked out perfectly so that everyone had their own private space. We did cook in the house a few times and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, and even tupperware containers for leftovers.
The house is not far from the south end of the city so it is a convenient base for adventures. The garage was good for storing bikes and doing maintenance on them. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the LaSal mountains out the back of the house was awesome! Many of us enjoyed the hot tub on the patio after a long day on the biking/hiking trails.
The owner was responsive when we had an issue with the garage door code and the problem was resolved within a day. I would recommend this property for a large group or multi-family vacation.

Best Property in Moab!
This house is very new, fully equipped, and has all of the amenities you would want including off-street and garage parking and space for trailer parking. The fireplace below the huge TV can be used for both ambiance or for heat. There is a comprehensive list of included kitchen items just inside the pantry. As beautiful as the pictures are, you have to see the amazing view to believe it. The view of the La Sal mountains and red rock from the spacious patio accompanied by the firepit and/or hot tub are the perfect end to the perfect day of hiking by the many nearby state and national parks. The location just south of town is excellent so that you are close enough to downtown Moab but far enough away if you don't want to be part of the crowd. There are also a few nearby dining options is you don't want to fight traffic downtown. The neighborhood pool and hot tub is within easy walking distance to the house.
Jen, the hostess, was an excellent communicator and the check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. Highly recommend this property if it is available for your stay in Moab.

Amazing Place - Brand New
This place was amazing. We rented both sides of the twin home for our family outing. It is brand new so I wondered if there would be some kinks, but it was perfect. Jenni the manager is great to work with. It got chili at night so we loved the fire pit out back by the hot tub and the fireplace inside is amazing. It has different colors you can turn on for the flame as well, but it was nice and warm. We VRBO a lot and this is definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed. The furniture is nice quality and the rooms are layed out great for families.
Tall ceilings are a plus for me, and Jenni mentioned they spent way more money than most on insulation for every interior bedroom wall and between the two twin home units for sound and comfort. I didn’t think much of it, but with all us in there we kept commenting how we couldn’t hear the kids making noise as well and we didn’t hear the other half of the family that was in the other unit at all. We noticed how comfortable the temp was inside or didn’t have the normal swings you sometimes get in rentals. Just an unexpected perk on top of everything else at this place.
The views are stunning. They have so many big windows that you capture views from every room in the property for both units.. I love the private patios with private hot tubs, and it’s so nice to have a 2 car garage for our bikes and toys.
This property is unique for Moab from where we’ve stayed because the white street behind the unit isn’t used by anyone and we parked all our trailers and jeeps back there. We could easily see them from the back patio and it kept the front driveway clear for our cars.
We are already booking this for our trips this spring and fall. It will be our go too.
