This property is ideal , is in perfect location, just across the street from the beach very easy access through sister property. The house is perfect. Has everything you need is very clean, well stacked with dishes and necessities the washer and dryer and all beach accessories you need. Very fast responses from management. Everything was taken care of fast. The grounds are beautiful, clean and quiet neighborhood. we would definitely come back. We loved everything about that place. Highly recommended.

Nice place and the rental agents treated us well. The only snag was that the place is for sale and there was a showing one afternoon -- only no one informed us. The place was a mess and I was napping. I would have tried to straighten up had I been informed.

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely time in this home! Everything was move in ready and any issues were quickly resolved. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning!

Was able to check in after hours and pick up the keys- communication via text was very helpful! The place was clean and comfortable and loved the back enclosed patio. The garage was a plus even though I didn't park in it and had beach chairs and Pickleball rackets etc. Overall was a great home away from home with everything we needed… The bedrooms upstairs would be helpful if had twin beds for kids. Left a message about the mini fridge icemaker not working and they sent someone right away and since it wasn’t going to work right away he went and bought us two bags of ice, which was very nice and helpful. I liked that there was a gate but security was not overwhelming for everyone who entered and the beach access across the street was better than having to walk to the public access. Having a keypad for entry into the house would be helpful over a physical key just because with kids coming and going ended up just leaving the door locked all week, but it seemed safe to do so. Overall a great beach stay!!

Okay not great

WIFI was an issue the entire trip. We had to use "hot spots" for everything. Maintenance came out 3 days but never fixed it. Communication between Gulf and Bay and Tropical Sands wasn't great which led to issues with parking pass. The home was nice and decent location. Not much of a gym. Pool was nice and property had both tennis and pickleball courts.
