Featuring a cozy sectional for you to unwind on and enjoy, guests can relax and enjoy the 65" SMART TV after a long day of Hilton Head fun. The dining table can seat up to 8 people comfortably and also has additional seating if necessary. Off to the right you will find the gorgeous, newly-updated kitchen- a fully-stocked kitchen and ample counterspace makes for a chefs' dream. Perfect for prepping snacks for a beach day or preparing a Thanksgiving Dinner, this kitchen is ready to take all the heat! The laundry room is attached to the kitchen for guests to take care of all laundry needs in-house with ease. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having not only another dining table, but more living space right outside the kitchen. The dining table has seating for 4, and the additional living space provides even more plush seating and 65" SMART TV.

In the garage, a fun indoor play zone awaits! Warm up with a fun game of ping-pong with friends or have a seat at the high-top table over a few drinks. The perfect spot for a late night hangout!

Guests will love having the courtyard style pool as the centerpiece of this beach home! Outside, there is plenty chairs and pool loungers as well as an outdoor seating area for your convenience. This home features 4 bedrooms to sleep 12 people comfortably, including a rare detached mother-in-law suite. In the main house, the master bedroom features a king-size bed as well as 43" Smart TV and ceiling fan. The pool can be directly accessed through the sliding doors in this room. Enjoy the spa in the large master bathroom that also features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom can be found down the hallway, to the left- featuring a cozy queen-size bed as well as a 32" Smart TV and ceiling fan. On the mezzanine level sits the third bedroom- an over-sized bedroom that not only features 2 queen-size beds, but also a cozy sleeper sofa. Kids will love watching movies on the 43" SMART TV with DVD player or spreading out on the floor to play their favorite games. The mother-in-law suite is accessible from the pool and features a king-size bed, 32" Smart TV, a desk that provides space for work to be done, and a ceiling fan to keep circulation going. The suite also has it's own bathroom that features a spacious walk-in shower- and the bathroom can be directly accessed from the pool area as well! This home has it all!
