Enjoy elevated Keys living in this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse condo located in the gated Summer Seas Condominium. Just steps from the turquoise waters of Florida Bay, this fifth-floor unit offers sweeping open-water views and unforgettable sunsets from nearly every room.
The bright, open living space flows onto an oversized private balcony—perfect for relaxing or dining while taking in the bay. Upstairs, the private rooftop level features a spacious indoor lounge with bar and TV, plus an additional outdoor deck with incredible 360° views of both the Florida Bay and Atlantic Ocean.
The primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet, with beautiful water views to wake up to each morning. The second bedroom offers a queen bed plus a bunk setup (full on bottom, twin above), also with direct bay views. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility.

Paradise

Waking up every morning to the pristine waterfront is truly a paradise experience. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay; it is clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool is always refreshing, and fishing right off the dock is a favorite activity for everyone. In the evenings, sitting on the rooftop to watch the sunset over the water is simply breathtaking.

Paradise

This is a spectacular penthouse with a million-dollar view. It has all the makings of a home and more. It is cozy and comfortable, and everything is updated. The owners take great pride in their condo, and its upkeep verifies that. This is the best spot in the Keys, and Summer Seas Condominium has many amenities to make your stay the best ever. We can't wait to go back in 2026.

Wonderful condo with amazing views.

The condo had a great kitchen and the washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. The views were constantly changing, from purple sunrises, to rainstorms then sunny sparkling waters and orange pink sunsets. The rooftop terrace was a great place to see watch the full moon and you can see the ocean and sunrise from there also. Great location as it is close to many restaurants and Publix. The pool and the grounds were nice, I saw a manatee and baby in the marina, several dolphins in the bay and many rainbows. I like that there is a gym and got in a few workouts during my stay. I was there in July and the founders park fireworks can be seen from the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable and nice to have two full bathrooms. The dinning table overlooks the bay and there are plenty of televisions and space to relax.

The large windows and balcony offered a beautiful view of the gorgeous bay. In the evening we could watch sunsets from the balcony or climb the spiral stairs to an even better view from our own roof top. The condo had comfortable seating, a great tv, and a very nice kitchen and laundry. Even though we did not use them, each bedroom had a tv, and the lovely sitting room on the rooftop also had a tv. There were plenty of towels, swim towels, and the kitchen had all that we needed. The primary room had a comfortable bed, although it was a queen not a king. The common areas of the complex and the landscaping were kept up beautifully. The swimming pool was huge, always pristinely clean and heated. It was great to always have plenty of seating available by the pool. A walk by the docks to observe the sea life was one of the highlights, and the beach area was a great place to sit as well. Our month at Summer Sea was one of the best we have ever had in the keys.
