Mike was the most accommodating and friendly host I have ever known. He is great! Condo was so clean! Everything worked perfectly. It has very comfy beds, ever! We will be back!

This condo was oceanfront with a great view. Loved having a table (along with the chairs) on the balcony to play Mexican Train. Also, having a portable fan to use on the balcony was a godsend as we were there in the August heat! The unit was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had everything one could possibly need for their home away from home. Bed was super comfy! Mike, our host, was so easy to communicate with…checking in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! I can’t recommend Mike and his unit high enough!! Would definitely stay here time and time again!!Becky

Mike was fantastic!!! We flew in to FL, so we appreciated the rental having all the beach things (chairs, umbrella, ice chest, etc.). The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We appreciated how convenient the location was, right on the beach. After visiting multiple spots in FL for vacations, this was by far our favorite location and beach, we will be returning soon! The beach was far less crowded than other FL beaches, yet still the beautiful water and sand that we hoped for. Mike was responsive and gave us some good places to eat and visit during our stay. Highly recommend-10 out of 10!!!!

Amazing Beach Retreat

Great vacation!

Our stay was perfect! Love this part of the beach. Quiet and not extremely touristy. The condo was perfect! Updated, clean, and plenty of beds. Love that is right on the beach and the beach was not over crowded. Mike was a great host. He made sure that we had no issues.

Spring Break 2024

This place is awesome! Great location. Great view. Easy access to the beach. The condo is very roomy and bright and very well decorated. Very comfortable beds. Love the kitchen counter tops. You will absolutely love staying here!

Wonderful

Had a beautiful stay. Everything was clean and new and the decor was beautiful and welcoming. Just chilling on the balcony watching the sea birds and surfers and the sound of the surf was so relaxing. Great having the beach chairs and boogie boards. Would defienitly stay again. Mike was a great host.

We had a lovely week in this unit. The layout and furnishings were very pleasing. The complex is small but well maintained - someone was always working on repairs, painting, etc. Umbrellas or other shade around the pool would be a great enhancement for those of us who need some shade. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location

Mike’s place is in the perfect location. Our family loved the beach; the condo is on the “no vehicles” side so we didn’t have to worry about cars with our young kids playing on the beach. Mike is a responsive, helpful, and kind host. His property is updated and clean.

Great little place to stay!

Everything was great, besides the balcony being closed the entire time we stayed!! But he reimbursed me for the inconvenience! Very clean, very efficient everything you need to stay for your vacation! Very professional and courteous!!! Will stay again!! Would recommend 5 stars!

The room is great and Mike is a great host! I marked the cleanliness as a 3 simply because there was external work going on at the condo complex that caused some chipped paint and trash to be flung around, but this isn’t to be a regular thing. The room itself was IMMACULATE and they did a great job decorating and cleaning. Great unit and will definitely be coming back!

Gorgeous Views and Relaxing

Absolutely amazing stay! This property is beautifully maintained and just so perfect! It’s in a quiet area but is near several great restaurants and stores (outlets too)! The view doesn’t get any better than this! Our 14 year old daughter got up at 6 AM to walk on the beach! It’s just amazing! The owner is fantastic! He makes the stay simple! We are so appreciative of this excellent experience! We definitely recommend staying here!

Short but Sweet

Although our stay was short the experience was great. Condo location and amenities were perfect. Mike checked in several times to make sure all was going well. We enjoyed long morning walks on the beach, time around the pool and exploring the area. Weather was great and we were lucky to watch the launch of the Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral all from the convenience of the balcony.

Beautiful corner unit, perfect for families

We just spent 5 days and 4 nights at Michael’s unit. It is a perfect corner unit, with plenty of room for families (there were 4 adults and 2 children with us). It has beautifully remodeled and had everything that we needed. The pool is refreshing, the view is amazing, and the beach was just a short walk around the corner while the property is still rebuilding their steps to the bean from hurricane Ian. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again!
