Steps away to coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, pedicures, massages and more. We are 10 minutes away from Montgomery Bell State Park and just 6 minutes to Grey Stone Golf Course. This Modern home has a full Chef’s Kitchen with Lux appliances, natural lighting and entertainment with a pool table and outdoor fire pit.

Beautiful home in fabulous location

The home was clean, cozy and so beautiful. The location was excellent. So fun and convenient being able to walk three blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. Communication was great with the hosts. When we come back to Dickson, we will certainly try to book again!

Only 3 bedrooms!

This place is really beautiful! Seems to be an old property that's been beautifully renovated so it's entirely modern. It's even nicer looking in person than in the listing, and it was very clean and comfortable. We loved all the various hangout spaces so we could be all together or in separate places as we felt like it. The kitchen is well equipped, the doors are easy to use, and the parking is off street and close to the door. Also there are bedside tables and lamps, fans in every bathroom, everything in the kitchen works, and there are multiple lighting options with switches in reasonable places. My only real complaint is that it's listed as a "4 bedroom" but that 4th bedroom is really a game room. It has a short, uncomfortable, padded bench with no sheets, blankets, or pillows. We only needed that room on two nights, but they were pretty uncomfortable nights. Much less significant but still odd is the skimping on certain supplies. The listing says shampoo is provided so we didn't bring any, but what's actually provided is one tiny tube per bathroom. We used those up in two days and had to go buy shampoo. We were also mighty low on toilet paper at the end. On the other hand there was plenty of hand soap and dish soap. Overall it's a great place, just keep in mind the sleeping arrangements if you plan to use all four bedrooms.

Relaxing Stay

I booked this property for my wedding party to stay at prior to my wedding. It was even more beautiful than the photos. The Primary Bathroom was the bathroom of my dreams. The property was walking distance to all of the downtown shops which made it great to not have to walk everywhere. I wish this was my own home! Would stay here again!

Lovely lodging

One of the best VRBOs we've rented. Convenient location, well-priced, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, quaint downtown area within walking distance. It's about 30 minutes from the popular Franklin area, but a much more affordable place to stay. Highly recommend!

family stay for wedding nearby

The inside of the house was wonderful. Large kitchen, nice size bedrooms and huge master bedroom, bath and closet.. Nice pool room upstairs. A/C worked great. Cozy outside with chairs on the porch. Sadly we didn't have time to try the outside fire pit nor cornhole. Quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown shops. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great, walkable location to downtown restaurants, shops, etc. House is as pictured, even better. Very functional, loved having 2 recliners to “get our feet up” after a day of fun. I would love to have that kitchen at home, has all the amenities needed. Very clean, comfortable and practical - would stay there again.

We came into town to celebrate a surprise 80th birthday party for my granny & this venue was absolutely perfect for us to "hide out from being seen" and to be able to get ready for the party. The house is just steps from Main Street and such a sweet little neighborhood!

Beautiful Home
