With ease, explore the historic and prestigious CWE neighborhood. Our Chelsea apartment is centrally located, so you can get everything you need right outside your door.

Getting Around:
Parking is included in the building. In addition, there are numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is St. Louis' most well-known cab company, but we also have UBER and LYFT. There are bus stops directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine.

Other Things to Note:
For NON-AIRBNB BOOKING PLATFORMS: We are requiring a $500 security deposit and a signed credit card authorization form.
