We’re sorry to hear these concerns, especially since communication during your stay was positive and no issues were mentioned, even after we followed up. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to address them right away.
After check-out, we did find damage to one of our high-end pillows, which is why a claim was filed. We do our best to maintain a clean, comfortable space and appreciate when guests notify us of any problems during their stay so we can make things right.
