Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun:
- GAMEROOM with a new 7 ft pool table, a ping pong table, foosball, Dart board, Corn hole, Tabletop Pac-Man game with Galaga and 3 other games, Hookie and childrenâs dart board and several other family classics games which makes for a great place for all the family to spend some quality time together.
- Spacious kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and have plenty of pots and pans and kitchen utensils to prepare a home cooked meal.
- We also furnish several smaller appliances including a blender, toaster oven, a single iced coffee maker and a Keurig coffee pot which is located on a very convenient coffee bar that has all the condiments you need to fix your coffee.
- 4 Roomy Bedrooms with 2 Kings and 1 Queen bedroom upstairs and the downstairs bedroom has two beds in it (one full and one twin bed )and there is a second living room and a full bathroom on that bottom floor as well. All the bedrooms are nice and roomy with 3 bedrooms located upstairs and one downstairs.
-There are 3 full bathrooms ( 2 being upstairs and one downstairs) including a master bathroom with a new vanity, new toilet and a walk-in shower, the hall bath with a tub /shower combo with a new vanity and toilet and the downstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo with a new toilet and vanity. All bathrooms have towels and wash cloths and we provide a hair dryer and some individual shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion just in case you forget those.
- 2 Separate and spacious Family Rooms with lots of seating and 55 inch Smart TVs with Disney + and Hulu
- Free Wi-Fi with 300 Mbs speed
- Some Complimentary coffee, water and snacks provided and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and travel toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget yours.
- Gorgeous oversized SUNROOM just off the kitchen with lots of extra seating and tons of natural light to enjoy your morning coffee or just relax and read a book.
- Located in a nice, family friendly neighborhood and has a Nice and level yard for the children to play
- Grocery stores and gas stations less than a mile away and all the best local restaurants within 5 miles
