This property is pretty close to Ocean view Beach. It is in a really private neighborhood and a private backyard sits a tiny house with a fence around it. The owner was super responsive and actually met us at the property. I couldnât say anything bad about this property. Good all around.
We had an opportunity to visit our grandkids. They live two blocks away from this VRBO which is very convenient. The tiny house is impeccably clean and cozy. Perfect for us.
We had a few hiccups during our stay but they were address quickly and Esmel worked with us to resolve them. The house is super cute and perfect for a short stay. Everything was a short drive away so it was nice being close to everything without being right in the middle of town
Excellent location near Naval Base Norfolk right off Tidewater Dr (VA 168). MIMOR glitch with access code, but it was fixed within seconds with a call to Ezmel. Gas stove might have a leak, but it did not detract from our stay (Let Ezmel know). Great yard for the dogs with good lighting and multiple solar lights. This is our first VRBO and we will reuse this property when we return to Virginia.
This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Itâs comfortable and quiet with a full kitchen. Anytime I had a question the host would answer immediately. Anytime I am staying down in Virginia Beach I will stay here! 100% recommend!
I really enjoyed my stay at this cute little tiny house! Esmel addressed any concerns that I had, and was super responsive and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
Upon arriving at the location we were so quick to fall in love with it. Not to mention the house was well managed and provided everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit Norfolk. We were so close to the beach as well as the zoo and botanical garden! Just about everywhere we went only took a short drive. Again highly highly recommend!
It was awesome . Hung out at nearby beaches, hiked on some trails in the state park. Ate at some nearby restaurants. In the evenings we chose to take advantage of the spacious fenced in yard with a nice warm fire by the firepit. The house had great feel to it.
The Tiny House is nestled in its nook, set back from the street, and secluded (even though the neighbors are nearby). This enhances the sense of intimacy you'll have during your stay. Convenient to Norfolk, Newport News, and Virginia Beach, there's plenty to do and see all within 20 minutes by car in any direction. You'll find your host, Esmel, to be informative, responsive, and friendly in tone. A great getaway!
The property was so well apportioned and tastefully done. Esmel was incredibly easy to communicate with and wonderfully graceful when I realized I only rented for one night and meant to rent for two. He was so accommodating, patient, kind, and understanding. It may be a tiny house but it has a big heart.
This house is a great size with nice furniture exactly as the owner specifies. We stayed in late March, the house was cold and the heaters didnât sufficiently warm the house. The shower never warmed up. The dishes had food stain left on them, and extra sheets were still a little hairy from the stay before ours. Overall the house had everything we needed, and the surrounding areas provide more than enough attractions.
As a resident of Hampton Roads for over twenty-five years, I love my community and sharing it with visitors. I am an avid traveler and aim to maximize your experience during your stay. I am a real estate professional and respond very quickly.
Tiny houses are fun. What makes this one better is that it is almost 100 years old! It has been recently renovated and we were able to restore the original heart pine floors. You will not find much heart pine around anymore. While the Bayview Tiny House is tiny it is full of character and sits on a fenced-in quarter-acre lot with plenty of room for the little ones to play.
