Have you ever wondered what the inside of a Monolithic Dome might look like? Now is your chance! Set on a private 2.25 acres, but only 17 minutes away from Downtown Ann Arbor and just a few minutes away from essentials like groceries and gas. This dome will offer a memorable experience!
We stayed here for our daughter's wedding at Camp Woodbury in Dexter. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ann Arbor Countryside Dome Home. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful atmosphere and the dome's one-of-a-kind architectureâit's even more impressive in person! The location was perfectâquiet and tucked away, but close enough to the wedding locationThe interior was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We really appreciated the little extrasâgreat coffee, soft linens, and a welcoming host who made check-in smooth and stress-free.Being surrounded by nature made it feel like a true retreat. Overall, this place is a hidden gem. We highly recommend the dome home. We would gladly stay again!
Wonderful stay for a fall U Michigan football game weekend. Close enough to everything Ann Arbor offers, but a little out of town, country setting for peace and quiet. The unique dome home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Rebecca was super responsive and a great hostess.
In town for a campus visit and football game. A perfect place to get away from the chaos of game day but still have easy access to town and parking for Michigan Stadium.
Unique, roomy, beautiful and quiet country setting, away from Ann Arbor but so close as well! Everyone in our family was very pleased. The firepit was an unexpected evening bonus. Rebecca was responsive, kind and very pleasant! Thank you for everything!!
Friends and I stayed at this home to cook and relax for new years. This home exceeded expectations. The location was just perfect, away from the city but close enough to anything major. The house was stocked with coffee and little snacks for us. The cookware was amazing, and the kitchen was perfect for us. If you need a place in Ann Arbor, Iâd recommend, and Iâd definitely stay again!
We had a small family reunion and loved this property so much. The location was perfect, and the cozy dome had everything we needed. The best part - two separate ferocious storms blew through knocking down transformers and power lines around the service area. Thanks the propertyâs backup generator, we never lost power. The owners were amazing communicators. Five stars!
It was a unique place to stay.
The upstairs bathroom is old and the downstairs shower is a little tricky to get in without turning on the shower and freezing for a moment.
The beds were all very comfortable.
We had 7 adults staying in the dome and it was perfect for us. Location to our event was how we found this cool place. It was very quiet for sleeping. Nice and clean. Great outdoor patio. Very unique.
