WINTER WONDERLAND on the River

The Rustic River Retreat is a gorgeous cabin located on the award winning trout stream, The Clam River. Located just seven miles between both Cadillac and Lake City, you are sure to find tons of great activities to keep you and your family busy. The Rustic River Retreat has many amenities including a spacious loft that overlooks the cabin along with a private bedroom, WiFi, Roku stick, a grill, bonfire pit and a cozy three seasons porch.
Located in gorgeous Lake City, the cabin offers a complete horseshoe loop of great trout fishing and even better relaxation. A huge backyard that offers great space for enjoying the great outdoors.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fire pit (firewood provided), gas grill, outdoor dining (small table and chairs), River chairs, three season porch, hammock and corn hole.

EXTRA SUMMER GEAR: Fishing gear, yard games, life jackets

INDOOR LIVING: Flat screen smart TV equipped with Roku stick and DVD player (movies too!), natural lighting, large windows, large family dining room table with seating for six, lots of board games and card games, books and a stunning gas fireplace.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with coffee maker, slow cooker, utensils, paper plates and china, cooking basics, toaster, knife set and filet knife to clean fish.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, paper dining products, coffee, condiments, ceiling fans, central heating, starter kit of complimentary toiletries, dish cleaning materials and first aid kit.

Policies:
-The Cabin rental agreement, guest registration form, agreement to the house rules as well as any other required paperwork must be returned within 24 hours of booking in order for reservation to be valid.
-CHECK IN: After 3:00 p.m. Early check in may be available upon request if back to back bookings are not scheduled.
-CHECK OUT: before 11 a.m. Late checkout may be available upon advanced request. Please review the check out procedures at the end of the guidebook prior to leaving. Late check out without prior approval will result in extra fees.
-Feel free to use any of the supplies you can find in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and cupboards. If something is used up, please let us know so that we can replenish it for the next guest.
-All activities are done at your own risk.
-ABSOLULTEY NO SMOKING in or around the home. This will result in additional cleaning fees and possible forfeit of deposit.
-Garbage and recycling bins are located on the side of the garage. Please ensure all garbage is taken out at the end of your stay.
-Events, parties or any other large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-Must be at least 21 years old to book.
-We are a strict ‘No Pets’ rental. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees totaling $300+.
