Situated conveniently within walking distance of Winter Park Resort, you'll be able to hit the slopes whenever you choose. Or, hop aboard the complimentary shuttle located 20 yards away and be whisked away to the nearby ski areas. There are plenty of other ways to enjoy the outdoors too, such as Trestle Bike Park. Rent a mountain bike there and embark on one of the numerous trails nearby for a thrilling ride. If you're looking for something a little more mellow, try Rendezvous Park or one of the other nature routes in the area to really soak in the surrounding beauty. When you get hungry, a short drive north has a refreshing assortment of restaurants and pubs to unwind after an adventurous day.

Back at your holiday house, you'll have all the amenities of home at your fingertips. Put your feet up and relax in the living room after starting the fireplace and enjoy the warm ambiance as you watch your favorite shows on TV. Enjoy the mountain view and fresh Colorado air from the patio. Use the fully-equipped kitchen to make a hot cup of hot chocolate or entire meals to enjoy together at the dining table. After settling down for the evening, know you'll sleep comfortably and be ready for your next exciting day tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
