Iron Horse Studio au dernier étage peut accueillir confortablement 2 à 4 personnes. On se sent beaucoup plus spacieux que le charmant studio typique d'Iron Horse, car notre condo est une unité rare située au dernier étage avec un nouveau plafond voûté en pin noueux en pin et rainure dans la partie salon. Profitez d'une vue sur les pistes ainsi que l'accÚs facile vers et depuis les pentes. (SUR LE NIVEAU D'ACCÈS AU SKI!)

Si vous avez des enfants ou si vous ĂȘtes jeunes d'esprit, vous allez adorer notre condo de style indien; oreillers en cuir usinĂ©s Ă  la main, vĂ©ritable capteur de rĂȘves amĂ©rindien, authentique Papoose indien, conte de la lampe peinte de poney, lustre en bois de cerf, lustre en canoĂ«, oeuvre indienne signĂ©e, Ă©vier de ferme en cuivre, comptoir de cuisine en granit, appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers GE Slate Grey, superbe nouvelle vanitĂ© de bain avec vasque en verre, etc.

Et, bien que vous ne puissiez pas dĂźner en ski puisque les pistes ferment Ă  16h00, la navette gratuite s'arrĂȘte juste devant la porte toutes les 15 minutes ou vous pouvez mĂȘme vous rendre au Village !.

Spring Break 2025

The communication with Denise, the owner and manager of the property, was absolutely amazing. This Condo is perfect for 2-4 people with direct ski access when you walk out of the condo and across a very short cat walk. This is true ski in/ski out. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The addition of the humidifier and air purifier in the unit make sleeping better. Thank you Denise! We will definitely try to stay here again next season!!

Fantastic Host and Trip

The condo was an amazing location for easy access to Winter Park and with many amenities to feel like home. The host was very detailed in her instructions and guidance for how to operate everything and the check in/ check out procedures so we had no issues or questions with how to be a guest her her condo. She was communicative before the booking and was available for questions during our stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

Great location

The unit is a studio with enough room for 2 adults and their belongings. The unit is on the same floor as the bridge to the Corridor, which takes you to the Zephyr Express. There is a ski rental shop in the bottom of the adjoining building. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are well-appointed. Parking in the garage is easy. Our only complaint was a hedging accusation that we smoked pot in the garage when we showed up. Otherwise, this was a perfect rental in a perfect building for anyone more interested in easy access to the mountain than partaking in the offerings at the village (a short walk down the road).

Great Rental at Winter Park

This rental unit was perfect for our needs. It was convenient to resort, very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and linens were great quality. The humidifier that was provided really made a difference and was much better than others in our past rentals. The owners level of detail in what she provided as well as her directions and information prior to our stay was truly exceptional.

Location, Location, Location

As many have noted, Denise is a gem. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was a good one. She's very responsive to questions. She keeps her condo very clean. She's a gem. The condo is perfectly situated and is truly a ski out / ski in location. On her floor, the fifth floor, you simply walk down the hall where there is a ski locker room. Grab your skis walk right out the door next to it and you're on the Corridor Trail. Ski down the corridor trail to the Gondola. On the way back, take the Mary Jane trail to the Corridor Trail and you ski right back to the building. From walking about the condo door to the Gondola is 5 minutes. If there are one or two of you, can't go wrong. You could pack three into the unit, if allowed, but it would be tight. Parking was very convenient. The building as underground parking with several elevators. There are carts in the garage to help take up luggage, skis, groceries, etc. All in all, I would stay here again and I actually am--I've made plans to stay here again in a few weeks.

Amazing condo

My wife and I stayed 3 nights during the slow time prior to thanksgiving. The condo was amazing, close to the resort/ski area. Short car ride into town, to other restaurants and shopping. We didn’t ski but you could ski in/out of the condo building. Hot tubs and pool were the best, especially in the snow. Condo is stocked with all the essential supplies, just bring food, grocery store is maybe 10 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable and furniture comfortable. We loved the balcony and the view! Book this. You will not regret it. The owner was experienced and responsive to text messages or phone calls. The entire building was kept immaculately clean. We will be back!

Spring Break Skiing

My husband and I, along with our two boys (6 & 4), stayed here over spring break. Denise is a great host and quickly responds to any questions! Pros: Kitchen is well stocked and includes dishwasher, so it is easy to make meals in the condo, saving time and money. Denise supplies some spices, cleaning supplies, and toiletries that many other VRBO’s we’ve been to do not. Parking garage was very convenient if driving and came in handy after the several inches of snow we got. The hot tubs on property were clean and a great treat after skiing! We could walk to the base but it was convenient if the shuttle bus was running. A different complimentary shuttle for evening times was running on weekend evenings so we could eat at the resort and catch a ride back. We did not utilize the ski out since we had beginner skiers with us but it was easily accessible. We were able to rent a locker at the resort and store skis there. Cons: The green line bus was not running 2 of the days we were there, so we had to walk when we did not expect to. Some of the condo could use some updating like window treatments and shower but nothing that affects the quality of your stay. The condo is on the smaller side. It would be comfortable for 2 adults with or without 1-2 little kids but I would not recommend families of 4 with bigger kids or 4 adults. Overall, it was a great experience!

This property was amazing! Great location and so nicely decorated. Denise was so kind and easy to work with and helped us navigate the ease of our stay with where to shop, etc. The ski in/out was top notch! We could not have chosen a better place to stay!

Nice apartment but overall disappointed..

I usually don’t like to write unpleasant reviews but felt I needed to be transparent about this stay. While I wish I could have left a higher rating, because the apartment was nice & well priced, there was a notable issue that I feel is important to mention. Firstly, the host was not as receptive as we had hoped. Heads up to future guests: the apartment needs the fireplace to be on at all times as it is the main source of heating during the winter. The main issue we had was that we noticed the entire place smelled strongly of gas. We contacted the host the following day in case it would resolve, but it did not & she didn't seem to take the issue seriously. She only asked us if the Carbon Monoxide detector went off & since it did not, instead of offering someone to check it out, she invalided our worry & just asked if we wanted to leave. This wasn’t an option for us considering our ski vacation & bookings so we chose to stay. To mediate, we had to sleep with the balcony cracked open for fresh air, otherwise we really felt unsafe inside. At night the temp dropped to 10 degrees
 so then the apartment would get cold but either way, we take being cold over CO poisoning any day. This situation was concerning for our safety, and it made it difficult to fully relax during our stay - especially at night - & I had a headache the entire time (which is not from the altitude as we had lived/been in high altitude already for a while with no issues). BTW - There was another review regarding this issue of the gas smell & it seems those guests were also dismissed of the issue. After our stay the host messaged us & confirmed that there WAS in fact a hole in the exhaust hose
 so our noses were right and the host didn’t even apologize for this happening. She said that it is being fixed so hopefully future guests will not be affected. Despite these issues, I want to acknowledge that the rental itself had some nice aspects. It was in a great location, perfect for ski-in & ski-out, and the amenities were adequate for our needs. There’s was also a hot tub in the condo complex which was nice after a long ski day & the apartment was just a 10 min walk from the village - maybe even less! Overall, we expected a certain level of respect and attention to safety concerns that we feel were lacking during our stay. I wish that I could have given this rental a better review and I hope that the host can take this feedback constructively and improve for future guests!

We were an Eastern Ski Family who fell in love with Winter Park after vacationing here several times and purchased what we felt was the best location Winter Park had to offer for both amenities and ski accessability. Ultimately, we decided to take a leap of faith and permanently relocate here.
We actually stayed in our Iron Horse condo while our permanent residence was being built. So, we had plenty of time to tweek, and perfect all the comforts of home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There is no better place to stay in Winter Park. Unfortunately, all downtown guests who drive or ride the ski shuttle are deposited at the far end of the Village base and have to truck from one end to the other dragging their equipment and possibly even their children just to reach the lifts. No such inconvenience here.
