An abundance of beach trails, hikes or bike ride to downtown Pismo, Arroyo Grande, Shell Beach and Oceano very easily. This newly constructed home is beautifully furnished in a coastal inspired, contemporary design. Each part of the Papillon Beach House has been thoughtfully designed to insure a 5-Star experience. The Papillon offers a range of 1-8 guests to best meet your travel needs. (You may further inquire with me on larger parties and options.)

The first floor of this home includes a charming living/sitting room at the entry. In addition to an inviting entry, the first floor also includes a full size utility room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. If your travel demands more living space, you may inquire on options to use this as an optional one, two, three, or four bedroom home. In addition to the home has a sweeping rooftop deck available upon a full house rental or negotiable to meet your needs.

The second floor is a beautifully designed primary King en suite with an adjoining full bath. The primary suite includes a highly rated PURPLE memory foam mattress, dressed with fine bamboo cotton sheets, and the coziest of pillows and designer bedding. The offered bedroom amenities include smart TV, SONOS surround sound, dresser, night stands, central heat, and luggage storage. The contemporary bathroom includes a private water closet, dual sink vanity, luxurious shower and a large jacuzzi soaking tub. The Papillon is equipped with a whole house water softener making your bathing experience dimply delightful.

The open floor plan has a nice breakfast island, dining room table, living room, powder bathroom, and a fantastic kitchen. The kitchen amenities include gas cooktop, microwave, full size French door refrigerator, large pantry and fully stocked with the finest kitchen accessories.

The side balcony on the main floor is a perfect place to enjoy the crisp beach mornings with your coffee or mimosa. This area includes a large breakfast bar, firepit, and sitting area. The large open living room includes plush seating, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and SONOS surround sound.

You will simply love the stunning ocean views that grace the Papillons living room and patio. There are so many inviting sitting areas in and out of this home, each a perfect arrangement for entertaining, sun bathing, and enjoying sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. The sunset ocean views are breathtaking.

All of this situated in charming Grover Beach, on a nice flat/wide street with plenty of FREE parking (easy access). Walking distance to great restaurants, Pismo Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove, bars, and shopping. Just a short bike ride to downtown Pismo, Shell Beach, and Arroyo Grande.
