The bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a queen sofa bed for maximum of 6 guests so you & your guests can sleep comfortably! We care about comfortability for all our guests, so count on it that even your furry pal can also sleep comfortably on the dog bed (one out of the many pet amenities we provide!).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need. If there's anything apart from the basics that you need to cook the delicious menu for your stay, we're a message away! The best part, you get to enjoy unlimited coffee on us!

The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There are also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations walking distance.

- Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. - WiFi Speed of 118 mbps is reference for the fastest speed you can get but not a guarantee.
- Front-Facing motion- detector cameras outside of the property and at the entrance for your safety & security!
- We offer $20 laundry credits for 8 nights stay and longer.

Watchlist: A check against our insurance list of guests who have previously caused damage and not taken responsibility for it.
