Enjoy your stay in our renovated & newly furnished, fully stocked 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home, that is equipped with fast wifi, amazing backyard oasis that has a jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor seating, bbq grill & games. Or hang indoor with games for the kids & family, smart TV's w/Hulu live. Truly everything you need for a nice Florida vacation with family or friends! Should you want to leave, this home is centrally located off Commercial Blvd to all of downtown Fort Lauderdale, including the beach!

The driveway can hold 2-4 vehicles.
The front patio has 2 chairs for seating.
The foyer area in the front of the home has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 1-2.
The queen bedroom easily sleeps 2 and has an en suite bathroom.
The king bedroom sleeps 2-3 people.
The Twin room sleeps 2 people.
There is another bathroom that is shared.
The dining room seating 8 comfortably
Fully stocked kitchen and a large living room.
Out back is a beautiful backyard with a jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ grill, table and bench seating, & games!

Guests have access to the entire house except the A/C closet near the king and twin rooms. Although that is not locked we ask you respect our requests and stay out of there and also please be courteous and do not excessively use anything in the home nor take anything out of the home. Thank you!!!

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Many long term residents nearby. Close to two schools, safe area.

You may bring your car and/or bikes or you can catch an uber/lyft. Driveway holds 3-4 vehicles.

This house is centrally located to everything while still being in a quiet area.
- Absolutely no parties, you may be asked to leave with no money returned if parties are had on site.
- Do NOT for any reason leave any doors or windows open at anytime!
- No smoking of any kind indoors, smoking outside okay away from the home, please dispose of butts properly.
- Please clean grill after every use, cover jacuzzi & fire pit when not using.
- No pets of any kind.
- Only guests that are registered with host are allowed to stay overnight (please note I do not charge per guest, just need to have all guests registered).
- Photography must be approved with host when booking, additional fees may incur.
