Welcome home to this lovely two-bedroom condo on the ground floor in Downtown Dillon. Walk to Downtown easily. Enjoy partial lake views from the private patio as well!

This affordable two-bedroom, two-bath condo is just steps from Lake Dillon. Conveniently located on the ground floor, it offers easy access to all that the High Country has to offer and is within walking distance of many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo is also just steps away from the Long Recreation Path, the popular Tiki Bar, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina. A free shuttle bus stop nearby will take you to many Summit County destinations, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast bar with three stools, and a dining table that seats four. Amenities include a gas fireplace, a large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary Wi-Fi, and much more. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with easy access to the guest bathroom. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa sleeper.

Additional features include a washer/dryer in the condo and a private deck with a BBQ and partial lake views. After a long day of adventure, nothing beats relaxing in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy the stunning views from the living room while sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Prefer a hot tub? The nearby clubhouse has two hot tubs, a pool, a sauna, and more, and it has recently been remodeled.

Can't get enough of outdoor activities? Walk right out the front door and be on the recreation path in seconds. Wonderful location right behind the amphitheater, near the lake and walking trails. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for a wonderful vacation.

Pictures don't do it justice

Great location, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds - very responsive management team. Some family members struggled with the altitude - not for the gaint of heart, or for those sensitive to noise as it is right next to the Amphitheater. Would definitely stay there again.

Review of Lake Dillon property

The property was very spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the front porch rocking chairs and the lake view was spectacular. For the kitchen we would have liked to have a full working blender. Also a gas grill on the porch would have been nice for outdoor cooking. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Excellent location and views

Nice condo with great views, well stocked kitchen. Everything worked, WiFi was fast, very cozy and nice seating and kitchen areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little quirky and tight in space and the bedrooms are very dark.

Great location and lots of space

We came up for a long ski weekend and were very happy with the property. Lots of dining and shopping options near by. The kitchen had plenty of utensils/pots and pans to cook meals while we were there. Would definitely book this place again.

Great property and perfect for doing all kinds of activities without ever needing to get back in the car until it's time to go. Great places to eat, literally across the street from the amphitheater, and trails also right out the door. Would highly recommend.

SkyRun Made it Right

Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen issue upon our check in at this property. SkyRun made it right and after trying to make it possible for us to stay at this listing, they moved us to another one of their properties quickly. They checked in with us the next day as well as the day after we checked out. We would stay with SkyRun again.

No Pets?

PRO-The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels. CON-Condo listed as No Pets yet we all had dog hair all over us. From either room. The hall/MB heater was out. Took 4 days to repair. The last night the LR/ kitchen heater went out.

Hi Mac, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that there were dog hairs in the unit. It isn't a pet-friendly property, though unfortunately, sometimes a guest will bring a pet to a unit without our knowledge. I also apologize about the heating system not working, and it taking 4 days to repair. I understand the major inconvenience. I am glad that you found the location of the unit to be great, and that the kitchen was well stocked. I hope you enjoyed your vacation in Summit County. Doug

Cute, comfy but needs updating/repairs.

Excellent location, was quiet, clean, and comfortable but needed several minor repairs. Good size hole in the sliding patio screen door, torn carpet in the master bedroom doorway with exposed tacks, closets basically unusable for the clothes we brought along to attend a family wedding as they were full of the owners items. The swimming pool and hot tubs were unavailable for us to use due to "maintenance" and when we asked for a partial refund, we were told that was NOT an option. Kitchen was beautiful and well appointed but we didn't do any cooking, looked to be well stocked with supplies. I took photos when we arrived, and photos when we left to make sure we were not blamed for the items needing repair and a missing parking tag.
