Guest Access:
Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code to check-in. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There are a few locked cabinets which are reserved for the host. Garage and driveway parking is available. Guests may also park on the street within the boundaries of the property. The surrounding area is a residential community and guests are encouraged to explore.

Other things to note:
The home is equipped for long-term stays, available for mid-term rental, with a minimum of 30 days to rent. Extended stays are encouraged and short term stays are not allowed.

Do note that we will only be providing travel sized toiletries to get you started on your trip. This is to ensure that there is no cross contamination of products used from large sized items that may be shared with other guests for your safety and the safety of other guests. Thank you for your understanding.

You are staying in a residential neighborhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors. Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Upon entering the home, please remove your shoes.

No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. The home features a security camera at the front entrance and garage facing the street. There are no interior cameras.

No pets allowed and no smoking. Please do not re-arrange the furniture and please turn off the A/C when not home (low comfort setting). Food and beverages should be enjoyed in the kitchen and dining area. Please do not bring food into the bedroom. Fireplace currently non-working; central heater used to warm up the home.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reported.
