This is a one story renovated modern house that has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is a single family house with a vast living room and a family room. It also includes an authentic traditional style fireplace, perfect for wintertime bookings. Both the front and backyard are large unrestricted areas and provides ample space for smoking. The property is also conveniently located near a shopping plaza that has restaurants and services that caters to your every need. A comfortable stay

The house was really comfortable and cleanWe took Uber to the main strip & to Fremont, range between 15-25 dollars. Grocery story within a 5 mile radius. The neighborhood may seem a little on the rough side but very quiet and safe.

Good getaway

This house is just close enough to get into the strip and old town easily. Then it’s nice and quiet when you get home. House is great! Very comfortable. Grill works great. No complaints. Host is very responsive.

This home was perfect for us. Very easy to get in and with a private master bedroom it fit us wonderfully. The dining room was perfect for dining and game playing.

Such a great home

Stayed here with with our 3 adult children and their spouses while coming for the Vegas and Roll Marathon. The house was perfect for 4 couples and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Generous with towels, cooking supplies, and just everything. Home layout was great - dining area was privateAnd perfect for meals and those needing a quiet place to work. Thanks for hosting us..we would definitely come back again.

Guys Golf and Gambling Trip

Great location near western LV golf courses (TPC, Angel Park, etc..), clean house, comfortable beds and 15 minutes from downtown and the strip. Third time staying at this property and will probably return in the future!

Great little house with excellent access to the city

The owner has obviously put some thoughtful effort into making an older property comfortable. We were happy to find a clean if quirky structure. There's even a rice cooker in the kitchen! We did not have any uncomfortable feelings with the condition, appearance, or smell of the home. We are so grateful for how comfortable this made our stay.

Plenty of room, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We were only here to sleep and shower, but it's a very roomy and clean place.

Locked out of property. could not reach owner . Had to spend 150.00 on locksmith . Waited 2 hours

Except for getting locked out and unable to reach owner(had to get a locksmith at 150.00;we Loved Vegas tours and restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. The location not great , further from the. Vegas Strip than anticipated. Some of the appliances needed service. The washer was not balanced and made crazy noises . The dryer took way too long to dry clothes and the dishwasher over flowed onto floor.

The house was nice

The house was nice. The front room just behind the living room tv gets a bit hot while the master bedroom in the very back stayed cold even though the heater came on regularly. Other than that my cousins and I enjoyed the house. Checking in and out was super easy. We'd stay here again. Thanks

Perfect group booking

Convenient location close to the freeway. Well stocked kitchen that we used to make multiple family meals that we ate in a large dining area with plenty of chairs. Sleeps 8 comfortably. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower without waiting in between. Appreciated that the host provided multiple extra essentials like toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent, and garbage bags. There is plenty of parking with a garage space, driveway and street parking.

Family get away

This is one of the best places we've stayed at. The owners are polite and had very easy instructions and everything. They had the house looking and feeling amazing, i felt right at home. The beds are comfortable and it just had everythingweneeded.Idefinitely recommend
