Enjoy tiny house living with full amenities! A peaceful farm setting on owners property. Sleeps six with one queen bed loft, two twin bed loft and queen sleeper sofa with linens. Expand the living space with indoor outdoor dining, private deck and views of dairy and berry fields. Paved road that is popular for cycling with nearby residents or Canadian neighbors!
What a wonderful place to stay! Loved the farmhouse theme and all the cute decor. The real live cows outback were a fun surprise and the cornfields were a relaxing view. Very comfortable and had everything we could have needed, plus delicious chocolate mints! Thanks for such a great stay.
Staying here was amazing for my husband and 5 month old! We enjoy wonderful locally roasted coffee from Hammerhead Coffee Roasters and a beautiful view! Beds were super comfy and everything was just so cozy. One thing that I know is impossible to change, there is a dairy farm very close so the smell of cows is very refreshingđ The smell doesnât change anything though! Thank you for being amazing hosts!
We really liked the little house and it was exactly as listed and the location could not be beat for where the wedding we were attending was. When I booked the property, I had not decided to bring my 18 month old grandson so I wasnât overly concerned with the loft sleeping situation, but I slept on the couch with him. It was a little precarious getting luggage up to the lofts. And you have dairy farms on each side of you so I guess as they say, it smells like money. We did buy some corn at the end of the driveway and it was phenomenal!!Super cute little house and we enjoyed the eggs and popcorn. Overall, our group was just a little too old and a little too young to fully enjoy.
This is the rental property you dream of when you think of a nice getaway. Every detail was thought out in advance to include a French press, farm fresh eggs, bread and butter, cozy bed and bath linens, soap for the washing machine, and a fully stocked collection of childrenâs books (all the classics!). Absolutely top marks!
Cute, cozy and quiet. Tiny in title alone. The house looks & feels spacious! Opening the push out window in the morning was such a nice feature! It was also a bonus seeing the cows so close, they were a pleasant surprise!
The tiny home was great, super cute and has everything you need. Communication with Brian was easy and quick and I would definitely recommend staying there!
This was exactly as advertised, a cozy little getaway tiny home off the beaten path. The location was great for heading into town and the nearby mountains. I would definitely stay here again.
We absolutely loved this tiny house! It had everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. And lots of spots the sleep. It is perfectly designed! And has a great outdoor fire as well. They hosts were great! Highly recommend a stay at this spot!
My wife and I only stayed here one night after driving to Mt. Baker, but we wish we could've stayed longer!
The property itself is a tiny home on the owner's property, however we felt totally private and secluded. The views from the deck overlooking the sprawling farmland and clear sky were beautiful! The house was extremy clean, and though small (as a tiny house is), everything was well laid out and felt spacious for us.
The owners also went above and beyond providing just about anything we couldve possibly needed. From all the kitchen utensils you could think of, to snacks, and even pet supplies if needed, they really do a great job of making guests feel welcome.
I wish we could've stayed another couple of days! Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!
Darling modern farmhouse tiny house with charming decor. The sunsets (especially from the vantage point of the lofts) are amazing. Feels very private despite being on the ownerâs property. Everything you need is provided (except sâmores sticks and wine glasses- but we used the Mason jars for wine which added to the farmhouse vibe). One note- Apple Maps may send you to the wrong address. Check with owner for better directions. Our family lives nearby so this is a great place for us to stay while visiting. We will definitely return!
Great spot. Well appointed decor made this spot feel welcoming and comfortable. Hosts were great, very accommodating. Looking forward to staying again.
The property is pretty far out in the country, but it is a beautiful area. The house itself was perfect for what we needed and the interior was lovely.
This tiny home built on the side of the owner's property offers a cozy place to stay while you explore the area around Lynden/Sumas/Everson/Nooksack. It is quite close to the Canadian border crossing at Sumas which then leads directly into Abbotsford if one wants to explore that city & area.
The home itself is of course small (tiny homes usually are) but it is well built and thoughtfully appointed with small touches like mints on pillows, board games, pet supplies & snacks, fresh ground coffee, an outdoor propane fireplace, etc.)
Streaming TV services are available for the evenings if your family wants to watch a movie on Netflix or Disney, etc. There is no local broadcast TV service. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable enough but keep in mind you are climbing a ladder to get up & down and it makes for some hassle if you are a frequent bathroom visitor in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the pull out sofa sleeper is unusable as a bed for all the typical reasons. In fairness, we're not sure we have ever slept well on any pull out couch so not a particular knock on this one.
Yes, the air is "fragant" as cows live nearby but we weren't overally bothered by that & it was nice to sit out in the evening on the small deck and have a glass of wine by the propane fire and watch the sun set. The main window in the building tilts up & out on hydraulics and airs out the home & makes for easy in/outside living and passing of food/drinks/snacks, etc. A neat feature!
This little gem was just what we were looking for! It was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway. Enjoyed a little nightlife fun at the casino which is a couple miles down the road but really didnât want to leave the place because it was just so comfy and cozy. The farmhouse decor is really nicely done, so cute! The best part was how accommodating the owners and property is for pets. Lots of area for us to walk and for the dogs to run. Nice little deck to sit at night around the propane fire. And bring your binoculars as there is lots of wildlife to look at: geese, swans, ducks and lucky to see some eagles land close by. Would definitely book another stay!
