Welcome to Jersey City where modern comfort meets vibrant city living. Close to world-class dining, famous museums, lively bars, and the energy of NYC. Our location offers effortless access via Grove Street Path or a quick drive 25-min drive.
Immense natural light saturates the space thru the windows and skylights. Step into a clean, artfully designed space curated to inspire creativity and relaxation. If you're seeking a stylish and serene retreat, your stay begins here.
We take pride in offering a safe space that accepts PEOPLE of ALL religions, beliefs, or backgrounds.
The main floor has a half bathroom and large kitchen/entertainment space with a Samsung "The Frame" TV and sound system. The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy an evening dinner with your friends and family. There is ample seating for gathering at the kitchen island and comfortable sofa.
The washer/dryer is located on the second floor; we gladly provide laundry detergent pods.
On the second floor you will also find the 3 bedrooms:
âą Bedroom 1 â has an amazingly comfortable King size bed with a private en suite bathroom and a closet for storage. There is a large TV with many downloaded applications
âą Bedroom 2 â has a Queen size bed and a cozy seating area with a little sofa and 2 seats to relax. There is a private en suite bathroom, TV, and closet with dresser for storage as well.
âą Bedroom 3 â is a smaller bedroom with Full size bed and closet for storage. This bedroom does not have an attached bathroom and has to utilize one of the en suite bathrooms. For evenings, they do have access to the half bath on the main floor.
All TV's within the home have access to your favorite Netflix titles.

We are obsessed with architecture and interior design because we get to create the experience when you enter a home. We have built homes from the ground up and have restored historical homes to their original beauty.

Our home is located in the Bergen-Lafayette area of Jersey City and is an up-and-coming neighborhood known for its rich Black and Latino culture.
While some areas may appear less polished than others, the community is welcoming and full of character and creativity.
Itâs a diverse and lively community that may feel unfamiliar to some, and weâre proud to be part of this evolving and authentic part of Jersey City.
Our home is located in the Bergen-Lafayette area of Jersey City and is an up-and-coming neighborhood known for its rich Black and Latino culture.

We purchased this home with the goal of restoring it to its natural beauty; we invested 2 years into its restoration and now have all new plumbing and electric.
Fun Fact: The brick walls in the home took 6 months to restore. Someone covered the entire home with plaster!!
This home is accepting of all individuals from all walks of life. We love Jersey City because it is the most diverse city in the country.
