Paradise awaits! Luna Maya has everything you need for a tranquil, relaxing & authentic “Tulum Style” getaway. Private courtyard w/ plunge pool & stunning “instaspot" plus a 2nd swim-up pool just off the covered back patio. COMFORTABLE king beds plus queen murphy and sofa beds, FREE essentials, washer/dryer, BACKUP GENERATOR, water softener & NO EXTRA ELECTRICITY FEES! Located in gated community in Aldea Zama w/ 24/7 security. 10 min to beaches, centro & ruins/national park.

Our property manager will personally meet you for check-in (during regular business hours) to help familiarize you with our property, the rules/guidelines and answer any questions you may have.

We also have a front desk with staff available around the clock for onsite assistance and questions.

Please communicate directly with our property manager for questions or needs during your stay. His contact information is provided in our digital guidebook, in your check in instructions and posted inside the property. All other communications should remain on the platform. We do not respond to messages or calls received outside the platform via our personal phones for security purposes.

Aldea Maya is an exclusive gated community with 24-hour security centered around a protected green space with winding paths through the tropical jungle. Convenient location within the prestigious Aldea Zama, an up-scale community designed to preserve the natural beauty of the area with a focus on sustainability and a stress-free community oriented lifestyle. Aldea Zama features a commercial village center with trendy shops, open air bars, cafes, and restaurants. Centrally located between Tulum’s gorgeous white-sand beaches on the Caribbean Sea, the popular Tulum Beach Road (hotel zone) and Tulum town (also known as Tulum Pueblo). Minutes from the world-famous Tulum archaeological ruins, the Sian Ka'an Biosphere and the area’s many cenotes.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including the courtyard, private back patio and all common amenities. NOTE: the swim up pool is a shared pool with other condo unit owners and guests. The courtyard and plunge pool is private and exclusive for our unit. We also have a few locked cabinets that are used for storing extra supplies.

• COMFORTABLE memory foam/pillow top king size beds in both bedrooms with multiple pillow options for blissful slumber PLUS custom designed murphy bed with queen memory foam mattress and queen size sleeper sofa with gel mattress pad in our large living room for additional sleeping options.
• Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including coffee, tea and dispenser with FREE drinking water!
• Dedicated parking spot directly in front of the unit
• Building is equipped with a commercial grade water softener and backup generator power for running necessities in the event of a power outage (guests are kindly asked to conserve power by not running ACs or washer/dryer while on generator power).
• Personal concierge service for stress-free trip planning, including airport transfers, welcome taco bar, excursions, private chef, golf cart, scooter, and bike rental, special occasion decor and more! Relax and let us handle the details! Add-ons are available upon request for an additional fee (subject to availability).

KITCHEN:
• Whether you enjoy preparing the occasional home cooked meal on your travels or plan to book an evening with a private chef, you’ll find all the necessities and then some in our well-equipped kitchen. Nespresso maker (with a free starter supply of pods), drip coffee machine (with coffee and filters), french press, coffee grinder and an electric tea kettle are provided for a blissful start to your day. We also supply a variety of tea, sugar, creamer, spices, olive oil, vinegar, and olive oil cooking spray.

LIVING ROOM:
• Slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors to enjoy the jungle breeze while relaxing with a cup of tea and your favorite book, channeling your inner musician with our Luna Guitar, or let the lull of the tropical rains serve as the perfect backdrop to your “Netflix and Chill” night tucked beneath a comfortable throw on the living room couch (the smart TV allows guests to log in to their own streaming accounts). All sliding doors feature screens so you can enjoy the great outdoors without inviting nature’s buzzing friends in for a visit. Rock paper scissors for a "real bed" is a thing of the past as the living room includes a custom designed murphy bed with queen sized memory foam mattress. For overflow sleeping we also have a queen size sofa bed with gel mattress topper (available upon request).

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
• Down the hall you will find two well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, luxurious memory foam pillow top king size mattresses and buttery soft linens. Waffle cotton robes, imported Turkish towels and well stocked bathroom amenities have been selected in anticipation of providing you with a (better than) home away from home experience. Bathroom toiletry products are purchased right in Tulum from the local organic beauty store!

BACK PATIO, SWIM-UP POOL AND COMMON SPACES:
• Both bedrooms offer access to an additional outdoor living space, where you’ll find a swim up pool and Bali style curtains dancing in the tropical breeze that can also be drawn for additional privacy. The outdoor dining table is the perfect space to sip margaritas in between dips in the pool.

• Common areas include the swim up pool, additional outdoor furniture and outdoor showers to rinse the sand from your toes after a day at the beach. Book a taxi, make a dinner reservation or get advice on the best excursions around at the condominium’s front desk, staffed around the clock to assist you with planning the vacation of a lifetime.

Close to everything! Minutes to Tulum's Beaches & famous Hotel Zone (Beach Road), Centro, Cenotes, & Mayan Ruins and close enough to Coba, Akumal and Playa del Carmen for easy day trips.

• Luna Maya is just a short bike ride (4 km or 2.4 mi) from the world famous “boho chic” hotel zone where you will have your pick of exclusive beach clubs overlooking powdery white sand and a turquoise sea, high end, yet somehow magically down to earth shopping and a restaurant and nightlife scene that consistently ranks as one of the top in the world. Should you choose to stay closer to home, you’re only a two minute stroll from Aldea Zama’s commercial zone with its own collection of fantastic restaurants and shops, with more cropping up by the day. Coastal Soul Properties was founded by two families with an insatiable appetite for travel and adventure and a shared vision for helping “regular people” enjoy life beyond the daily grind. As beach lovers, we used to frequently visit all-inclusive resorts, but were always ready to be home by the end of the trip so we could have our own space (instead of sharing a room with the kids) and enjoy a meal without having to worry about the resort's dress code and dealing with reservations. At the same time, travelling to any new place, especially in a foreign country involves a lot of planning, research and work, which is what made all-inclusive resorts are so appealing. When we decided to purchase our first vacation property, we really wanted to create a different experience, one where you wouldn't need a "vacation from your vacation" and instead could come home from a trip refreshed and renewed. So we set out to craft an experience that would blend the best of both worlds, and Coastal Soul Properties was born.

Inspired by the ease of planning all-inclusive vacations, but with a dedication to personalized luxury and comfort, we have worked hard to create the ultimate vacation rental experience for our guests. With options for every budget and preference-- from the DIY adventure traveler to the “handle it for me I need a break” traveler-- we can customize the perfect vacation for every type of guest. When you book your stay with us, the hardest part of your trip is truly making the decision to go.

Located right off the second beach access road, guests have multiple options for getting around town with ease. We love the convenience of having restaurants, bars and shops just a few minutes from our doorstop, and appreciate how quickly we can get to the beaches and town.

Further, we focus on the details, all designed to curate an exceptional guest experience- with thoughtful attention to incorporating the property's personality and theme into its overall design, including a Luna guitar, curated artwork and a custom bejuca moon as the showstopper in our signature "instaspot," surrounded by lush tropical plants in the enclosed courtyard. It truly is a tropical oasis! We personally stay in our property multiple times per year to ensure quality and comfort and all of the extras are included so our guests can spend their time relaxing instead of shopping for household items!
